Kotak Mahindra Bank — deduct rs 6000/- by kotak bank and employee always sleeping | |||
1. Kotak bank was zero balance account. Kotak bank committed to providing service of cash anywhere, i requested for cash in the month of december and no cash was provided by kotak employees. 3. Bank did not come to campus to help give the cash when needed even though other banks were providing the service in campus. 4. I had gone to the madhapur branch in the month of december for cash but it was not provided. I also told the bank to close the account but bank employee did not allow me to enter madhapur branch. Is this how ace customer is handled by the branch? 5. I contacted the bank representative named sakshi at microsoft campus 3 in january that if you can't provide service then please close my account. She said that i do not have the closure form and will send the representative. She did not respond back. 6. I contacted sachin dev paul in the month of june and he said, he will respond back and asked for time. Sachin did not respond back from last 4 months. Sachin has accepted today that it was a lapse from his side. 7. Looking at the current state, i have been told that i have to maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back. 8. Kotak bank sends sms for even rs 10/- transaction then why no sms was sent when money was deducted every month with the amount. 9. Sachin told that m2 employee is not responsive therefore it happened before. I should talk to him. But after talking to him in june i conclude that he is also not responsive and after telling that he will revert back goes into sleep mode. 10. If entire kotak bank employees open the account and go in sleep mode then why rs 5715 /-deducted from my account? First, you should learn to provide service to a customer then deducted charges. It is the responsibility of bank employee to accept the issue and refund my money deducted without any conditions. Customer relationship manager : he has all details when he will wake up.
