Kotak Mahindra Bank — Demat account closure

Hi,

I am highly disappointed by the service of Kotak bank. Last year I have closed the Demat account. Also I got the amount back which was deducted for the same as I was not using it. Again this year an amount of about 900 rs was deducted from my Kotak account in the name of Demat. When I called customer care they are saying my demat account is still operating. Every time I cant waste my time in vising branch for the same reason. Please help!

Dear sir I m open jifi account but my pan card is my father name spelling is not match adhaar card last 40-45 days my 5000 cheque & my documents go bank Parson I m call u bank Parson but not answer but my chq is clear my pls refund my chq I m visit 4 -5 time sector 16 Noida branch but asictive spoke 2 day
