Dear sir,
My name is piyushkumar khimjibhai moradiya. My employee id no is 81784. I have resigned from kotak mahindra bank. And my resignation last date was 12/07/2017. My due payment was rs 2607. I have send cheque of rs 2607 in kotak mahindra bank ltd below address.
