Kotak Mahindra Bank — ecs on account apart from set date | |||
I have a car loan with kotak mahindra and have step up for a ecs from my icici account for 5th of every month. However they call for the amount apart from the set date. Which has caused me fee for dishonor on account multiple times and also harming my creditability. When called customer care they say that is their process of ecs. This has been their regular practice since i have got the loan. They don't have concerned team who can resolve your problems. Once the account moved to collections no one is their to answer your queries or re-direct to concerned person/ team. The marketing and sales team is after your life till you get the loan and once the loan is approved and you get the money their is no one who even answer. And the way they talk and interact with customers is not at all in line with customer service industry. Would like to be compensated for all the fees and charges implied o account due to the kotak calling for ecs apart from date of ecs set. And also a relevant clarification and resolution for creditability harm due to their going out of way and process Was this information helpful? | |||
