Kotak Mahindra Bank — ECS return Charges

Hi,
I have a salary accout with KOTAK bank and recently I have bought an home appliance from BajajFinserv EMI. In OCT 2016, my kotak salary account was not credited with salary as I was on Leave without Pay and Bajaj has tried to debit emi from my account twice & both failed.
This month I was debited around 1250 as ECS return charge by Kotak. For the first failed transaction kotak had charged me 350 + 15% tax and for the second transaction 750+15% tax . I never got any message from Kotak saying i will be charged for every failed ECS transaction.
I found this when i accidentally checked my account summary which i never usually do.
I never got any information regarding this charges. Being a reputed bank, Kotak must try to be transparent, atleast to its customers. They are deducting lots of hidden charges.
I expect a refund from Kotak for being a customer for the past 3 years.
The customer care service is intolerable.

Please send your query to RBI as well. I have exactly the same issue with Kotak and these a** h**** have closed my account without refunding my money. post closure of my account my salary got stuck for that month, all my EMI's got bounced and I have been struggling to get my money back for more than 6 months now.

Please involve RBI in this matter, so that they refund our money back to us and are penalized for such intolerable actions.

I have salary account with Kotek bank.
And having bajaj finser emi of 5400.
Kotek has debited 5times where there is short of some funds.
And 6time they took the emi amount.
Rest 5times they charged me 590 each debit. Total 2400.
This is happen with informing .
This makes bank is very very worst.
Their customers service is very poor
Kotak deducted 2 times ECS charges and never got any notification about charge deduction. They atleast warn us about ECS charge as being a reputed bank. I found it after 2 months when checking my bank statement.
Worst customer care support. I tried many times about my issue of ECS charge deduction but they never pick up calls.
