As a routine i was just checking my credit card transactions and found a transaction which was never initiated by me .
This is a total disappointment as the customer is being charged of what he never intended .

Last month because of some issue in network while paying restaurant bill money got deducted 4 times. I am victim of this fraud. It was told that this is zero balance salary account. I don't have to maintain any balance If I don't want to, said by the Sales person. Now inspite my salary getting deposited in this bank account regularly and kept fix deposit with them they are still charging randomly for low balance.

But they are calling so many times, using filthy language. Kindly ask them to stop this.
Harassing people is illegal. They are calling some random people that i only know asking them to pay money.
