Kotak Mahindra Bank — Email id updation | |||
I have a Home Loan Account with ING Vysya HL[protected] for past 6 years now changed to Kotak Mahindra IHL102614. I am out of India and I have been trying to update my Email ID for the past 5 months. I have written about 30 mails, several calls and couriered mentioned documents to mentioned address twice. Whenever I send a mail for updates a new customer care person replies to visit branch or send documents to some other new address. i had a dedicated personal finance officer during ING Vysya and was connecting to them without any problem from any email id.
