Kotak Mahindra Bank — Every refund transaction taking a month | |
With due regrets I am facing this really painful inconvenience in my account. I have observed for EVERY Refund transaction, my account gives problem. Just now two more instances are in pipe-line. These are with Amazon this time. I have got confirmation from Amazon for both transactions that there is no problem at their end. Following are two reference numbers for the two refund transactions: 1. Rs. 389/- 26 June 2016 Authorization code for sale transaction 352829 Refund Reference # 74332746178617783625196 2. Rs.22875.00/- on 21 June 2016 4:24 PM. Reference no.: 74332746174617329841079 When I contacted the customer care service of Kotak, the agent said again it will take a month for these transactions to get reflected in my account. Do I have to wait for a month every time there is some refund process??!! Before this too in one of my refund transaction through a merchant in Bali, the refund took 1 month. In availing back my hard-earned money, I am compelled to spend so much money in phone calls to track each transaction. This is really painful!! I have mailed their officials, called at local branch. All they say is only "backend team" can resolve this. Nobody knows how to contact the concerned team. Was this information helpful? | |

I had loss my balance my aacount balance was 1200 plus but 28 june i got message i found my balance is 61 only please give detail.
