Kotak Mahindra Bank — Excessive Interest charged by the Bank. | |||||
We had a Home Loan with ING Vysya & the agreement was on Floating Interest basis.Now ING is merged with Kotak Mahindra but the terms & condition of the agreement still remains the same however Kotak are still charging the Rate of Interest @ 10.35% where as the current ROI is 9.40% charged not by other Banks even by Kotak.We fail to understand as to why Kotak are charging 10.35% despite our several follow ups thro E mails, Tel talks & half a dozen personal visits but with no change& they are demanding 1% as administrative charges for ROI.This is a clear violation of Agreement/ RBI directives.
