[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — failed transaction

I have made an transaction of rs 28, 997.10 through my kotak credit card transaction was failed but amount was debited from my card immediately i called to kokat customer care and raised the complaint they said that it will credited back with in 7days after 7days i called and asked them again they said that it would take 35working days my bill was generated i have paid that bill still not resolved they are telling that our team was working on that and now they are telling that it would take 90 working days... Still how many days they would take for one failed transaction.. They are not at all responding properly plzz make this issue cleared soon tq
