Kotak Mahindra Bank — fake call for cvv number

Received a call from +[protected] asking about all the credit card details. She already got it but again she contact me for cvv number.

I again call them and asked who are they. The became active and cut my call. Again i call 2-3 times within a minute and a man picked up told me i don't know about any lady and you might receive a wrong number. He cut my call. I again call 2-3 times and again a man picked up and told i don't know about any kotak bank credit card dept. He even refuse to give his name or any details.
This is getting very sever.
