Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fake Calls for Loan Recovery

Dear Sir/MAdam,

I am getting calls from Kotak recovery agent from the number [protected] & [protected]. he is so rude on call. He is asking to pay loan amount which was in CITI FINANCE now its Kotak Bank. He provided me the Loan account no : 15439202. send me fake mail attachment of Loan statement we call kotak bank customer care and they were not able to find this loan number. He said "citi finance has been closed and not Kotak bank has been taken over Citi Finance, so he is calling to recover". And he said the loan was taken on 2008. till now I didn't get any call for the same . And he got all my details like email address and home address and my family numbers. He is saying anything on the call. using abusing words on the call. not ready to listen anything. Could you please check this help here..
