Dear Team,

My kotak mahindra banking app is not working since 5, 6 months saying error code 954 and visit to nearest Branch.

I visited kotak Mahindra bank Branch they said they are unaware about this pls call customer care.
I called customer care nd registered my complaint 1.5/2 month ago but still issue not resolved.

after all i searched on google about this problem and came here, please look into it.

    Kotak mahindra bank staffs are very careless about their customers money.And kotak is steeling the money in the name of bank.
    They charged rs.1000 from my zero balance account.And they are not refunding it.
    I don't know how they put maintenance charge from a zero-balance account.
    Careless staffs & Cheating bank.

      Fake Calls for Loan Recovery

      I am getting calls from Kotak recovery agent from the number [protected] & [protected]. he is so rude on call. He is asking to pay loan amount which was in CITI FINANCE now its Kotak Bank. He provided me the Loan account no : 15439202. send me fake mail attachment of Loan statement we call kotak bank customer care and they were not able to find this loan number. He said "citi finance has been closed and not Kotak...

      I ordered one jacket from MYNTRa but later on I cancelled the order. MYNTRa gave me a message of refund initiation on 1 November but it is 23rd November today and I haven't received the refund amount. They gave me a bank reference number and asked me to contact bank for the same. I have contacted bank n number of times and every time I got the same reply that bank has not received any refund and that I should ask MYNTRa for the refund. I have been doing this since 1 November. Clearly MYNTRa has cheated on me. Please sir help me in getting my hard earned money back

        Kotak Mahindra Bank has rejected my request to Unsubscribe my phone number. They are constantly sending me promotional sms on a daily basis. I have approached their customer care email and phone number...but They denied to Unsubscribe my phone number. I am being harrassed as I am am old person with ailments...and they are completely ruining my life and bombing my phone number with lots of SPAM SMS to open a bank account. I do not want to Open a bank account.
        Kindly report this issue and do the needful to stop customer harrasment.

        Kotak Mahindra Bank is constantly sending SPAM SMS on my phone number. In the reply section the email id they mentioned is protected. So how can I contact them? This is completely customer harrasment. Kindly unsubscribe my phone number.

          Hi all,

          From my savings account inr 9000/- has been deducted towards ksec without any intimation & customer care service is also doesnt work efficiently to address our queries. Amount deduction was not at all intimated to me during the opening of account.

          I need a quick resolution & should get to know why the amount has been deducted. Its really very disappointing service from kotak.

            Address: Kotak personal loan department - Avinashi Road , Coimbatore

            When taking personal loan sales team told me that not pre-closing charges after 12 months and after 15 months i request for pre close, they are telling me to pay 5% for 6, 00, 000. which is 30K. The sale team are collapsed and they have moved out the company who have the commitment.

              I applied for checkbook and atm in nearest bank. I didn't receive debit card in my welcome kit which delivered by bluedart just now.i only have checkbook in the welcome kit.and the customers care services of kotak is not good

                My name is Kailash saxena, few days back kotak app stop working in my device with the error code 954, after that concern i called to customer care, they said due to multiple crn login in one device your imei blocked, or said visit to branch, after that i followed that procedure, but branch employees dont take it seriously, and said this is not a mobile repairing center, then i called to customer care again at branch and spoke to branch employee to talk them, after that customer care executive said drop a mail to rco department with this concern with screenshot of error

                    177 rs deducted from my account

                    For my account no: [protected], I can see the balance as 199 rs, but the amount which can have transaction is 22rs. Virtually system has deducted 177rs without informing....

                    My name is Manoj Pandey and I had ordered PS2 controller converter to usb of RS.551 in Amazon I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2/nov/2020
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kotak Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                      Hi I was given credit card emi option when I requested to cancel my credit card for which I was given 6 emi out of which I paid 3 emi and due to covid I could not pay the rest but there after I have been getting charged 10 % minimum due everyone month when the credit card is closed..

                      Can you please help me with that..

                        Misbehaviour by bank staff

                        Sir,
                        I am having a Saving account no. [protected] and a Securiy account having a shares value of about Rs 40 lakh with your bank recently my wife also opened a account in u r bank vide a/c no.[protected] . These details are being given for confirmation of my status and and to make sure that a suitable action will be taken by yourself .
                        Being a senior citizen of plus 70 today I visited your bank at about 2.15 pm to deposit amount...

                        My name is Jay Parekh and my credit card no ends with 4096 and I have a saving account with your Vasai East branch, till date I have maintained a very good relationship with your bank but now I think I should break all the relationship and close all the accounts with kotak mahindra bank

                        I had a pre approved loan on credit card which your bank rejected saying that because I made multiple enquiries for loan they rejected my application, just tell me one thing that what will a person in need do ???he will try to check all his options but your bank policies are so pathetic that they rejected my pre approved loan and other bank like HDFC and ICICI take just 3 seconds to disburse the amount in our account and your bank needs 5 days to think whether they will process the loan or not, it's just waste of customers efforts

                        Please focus on customers satisfaction and try to understand that everyone is not as rich as you, a middle class men will try all the options to secure his family and you guys reject their loan stating stupid statements

                            There is a Lien charge on My account of INR 292.33 because of which I am not able to use my account. I have no idea why these charges are showing in my account. . As mail received from Help centre these charges relate to ATM POS charges, I don't have issued ATM Card and no ATM Transaction was done with this account These charges should be reversed..

                              I am doing recharge on 23 April 2020 for my Vodafone Sim Card but recharge got failed but my payment deduct from the bank and I contact Vodafone team also for recharge status they are saying not getting the payment you can check below screenshot along with Vodafone confirmation mail and my UPI transaction details also.

                              I am not getting my refund yet from Kotak bank I am continuously follow up on this matter but no one can respond so pls give my refund as soon as possible

                                  I have a Kotak Bank Credit Card, the Minimum Due Amount is Rs 15, 562.14 and Total Amount Due is Rs 27, 400.55 as on 4th Nov 2020. My last due date is 10th Nov 2020.

                                  Today, as in 4th Nov 2020, I am receiving an email from consumerassets.[protected]@kotak.com, regarding full amount (Rs 55, 230) to be paid within 3 days, or they would take some legal action against me, which is not mentioned clearly.
                                  What type of mental harassment is this from the bank? Is this how they treat their customers during the time of this pandemic, where I lost my job in June this year.
                                  I was not granted moratorium too by this bank.

                                  Can I take some legal action against this bank?
