Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fees charged and was never informed by the bank. | |||
Hi Kotak Mahindra Team, I had this account as my Salary account with ING Vysya since long, but when it got transferred to Kotak Mahindra bank still my salary getting credited but since my salary is no been credited over a years time now, when yesterday i called Kotak customer service to check if i can operate my 811 account so came to know they have piled you $77000.00 charges on my account IS IT A SOMEKIND OF JOKE ???? Why i was never informed by SMS or email about the amount due or charges are getting accumulated, I would have closed down the account long back. Since i called them yesterday upfront that's when they were informing me, this is unacceptable i cant accord to pat this much unnecessary charges which was never informed neither by phone call, message or email.
