Kotak Mahindra Bank — fine for not maintaining minimum balance

I had started working for a organization in bangalore and they have created my salary account with kotak mahindra bank and before the account got activated i lost my job and had to go back to native, now my account has been converted to savings account i guess and i am receiving messages to maintain minimum balance on the same account or else i will be imposed fine for not doing the same, so i hereby tried to reply on the same mail that i wish to close the account but no response and ya i would like to inform one thing, i am jobless i cant pay any fine or maintain 10k on the same account so please help me out by closing the account.

And as per rbi charging for not maintaining minimum balance is not accepted

And i got a reply from kotak

Dear customer,

Thank you for banking with kotak mahindra bank.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

We understand the concern shared by you with regards to non maintenance charges levied to your account.

We would like to inform you that salary accounts are opened with a “zero balance” balance feature on a condition of continues salary credits on monthly basis.

In-case if the salary is not being credited for two continuous months, then “zero balance” feature is revoked and the account attracts “non-maintenance of balance” charges.

I have clearly mentioned i cant pay any fine and its against rbi rules also still y u guys from kotak mahindra dont understand. Just close my account i[censored] cant resolve the issue. When company opened the account and fired me off before i get salary what is my mistake in it.
Really irresponsible people out there from the bank

I transferred 5000 rupees from my account to another account, then Rs 5000 was also deducted from my account, but I have not yet reached the same account in which I transferred, so either my money should be returned or in which account I have transferred into that account
