Sir,
With reference to my savings bank account number with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK, EXHIBITION ROAD, PATNA branch as mentioned above, I want to inform you that my account has been debited by 34000/- on different dates and money transfer to mobikwik without my knowledge. Further we have not used Debit Card or Internet Banking as on date.I have Attached the transaction statement complain to branch and other places. I furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

I had not at all used my debit card nor internet banking.
In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, I request you to kindly arrange to re-credit the amount to my account which was withdrawn without my knowledge and fault.I have already complained to branch and online to kotak mahindra customer care but haven't got any response.
