I Received a hoax call by someone posing as bank officials asking the pin number of credit card and when gave them the wrong one they asked to give the right one so thinking that they were indeed bank.officials I gave them the pin number. But realising I had been duped I informed Kotak about it. in the earlier days they told me not to pay the bill but now it is asking/forcing to pay the amount which they themselves told us not to pay. The case regarding the same has been put up the case in Navi Mumbai Crime Cyber Cafe. Was this information helpful? | |||

CRN:45314917.. I have given a request to re activate one of the ECS more than 5 times I called to CC and written 3 mails on same but there no response received. CC people said that ECS is active but today I got an email that ECS returned . want to know the reason
