[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — fraudulent transaction on kotak mahindra royale credit card | |||
Crn no[protected] On 9-nov-2019, early in the morning i started getting sms that transaction of made on frg*lidscom. Total 3 transaction of rs.42161.43 That time i'm sleeping i recieved a call from kotak bank and asked me whether you doing this transaction. I said no. And they immediately told we are blocking your card contact customer care as soon as possible. After that i contacted customer care they asked me send dispute document through mail i did as they told. And i got reply next day stating that they will get back to me in 10 days. Im writing this the next day of incident. This happen on 9-nov-2019 that i'm unable to go to bank or police station (Second saturday banks are holiday & because it's day where almost bund because of supreme court judgement for ayodhya). I will go to police station and bank on monday and complaint again about this manually. Main thing is when i asked customer care person how can it possible to accept transaction with out otp. They told it is possible for some website. How can bank will accept these kind of transaction. This is not a small amount. My 2 month salary. Im not in position to pay even rs100 as i have already commitment for survive my life. Im looking forward from bank reply. If anybody expert here to help me. Please i need your help. Dec 31, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally Kotak Bank Declared that Dispute settled in My Favor. And They Cleared My Outstanding balance Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
