I have been trying since 3 months to change my contact number.. I did online contact bank but system of kotak bank is so worst they didnt action my request
I have lost my card for which i have already put request and ask for new card they can't send me new card as i dont have my number updated
I have been regularly making payment of this bank but looking at there so much unprofessional service i stop making making last month for which they put so many charges which i am asking there customer care team they are not helping

It worst bank service, i would not recommend anyone to open account savind or credit or any account with this bank. Its unsafe and very unprofessional

    Hi,
    I have been receiving calls from advocate lakshmi stating there is a case being filed on your dad for not clearing the loan which is taken from citi finance in 2003 for 13, 000/-.
    I am 10 years at the said time, i don't know how they got my number and i am devastated by their words that my father didn't clear the debt. When i spoke to my father who is disabled, he has informed me that he has cleared the debt with citi finance through agents and however didn't have the receipts now as it is more than 17 years. Since there's no correspondence from them, he thought the loan is cleared and settlement letter is not taken as there's no office to collect it from.
    But now i'm getting calls from this advocate asking me to pay 14, 000/- immediately in half an hour or else threatening to follow a case and send notice.
    I'm really confused on what to do and why to clear the amount when it's bank's fault for not identifying agent's fraud and they should've informed my dad within that span so that everything would've been settled then and there.
    But now how can someone call their son and ask about a loan which is cleared before 15 years and ask them to clear the debt. When i am asking about the details of branch manager to whom i can speak about this, they are not providing at all.

      deducted money for accident cover insurance without my consent

      Today an amount of rs. 1300/- has been debited from my kotak salary account with out my consent. This is really annoying. Actually i have not taken any insurance as such from kotak. I want the money deducted from my account has to be refunded to my account. This is one of the worst bank that i have ever seen in my life.

      Mujhe ek call aya ki me kotak mahindra bank ki taraf se insurance agent hu caller ka naam truecaller pe abhishek bhardwaj hai usne insurance k bare me btaya but maine deny kiya ki mujhe nahi chahiye but wo bola ki sir ap confirm krwa do kyc k liye apke mail aya hoga wo mail btao to maine bola uske turant baad hi paise cut gaye account se mere 3000 inr. Mujhse usne bola ki bank ki confirmation code h wo bta do to maine btaya or paise cut gaye. Uska call is number se aya tha +[protected]. Mere mana krne k baad bhi usne policy kar di 3000 rs ki meri please take some urgent action on it. This is my hard-fought money.

        I received a call from kotak mahindra bank for credit card payment, i was irritated for nagging me to pay, i told your agent that i have paid 1k already, and i stopped her to remind me to pay, i am already irate with my life and her reply and her attitude, i am anxious. Why do you guys have to breathe down on your customer's neck and why is she so rude, she thought its tactful, that was bloody rude, what on earth, does it mean, you have the statement you can check, then why the hell did she call. I don't care, if i don't maintain balance with your bank, at least i deserve to be treated right.

          An agent from kotak bank has called me to repay the loan amount after 14 years which I took from citi finance bank. He used abusive language and told that citi finance bank is now merged with kotak bank. He also told that we have issued a warrant in your name. He tried to frighten me. He told to deposit a particular amount in 2 hours. What should I do? Please suggest.

            Dear Team

            This morning i received a call from a person who claimed himself as Chennai High court lawyer. His name is Babu and his contact is [protected] regarding my husband's outstanding unpaid dues to RBS . What is appalling is that the so called lawyer has contacted my face book friend list people, stating that the call receiver (who ever he called) were a co applicant of the loan and hence he was free to harass them for the loan repayment. This is quite ridiculous. How can the lawyer say such ruthless statements just to get in touch with my husband. He just crossed the limits by calling my office boss too. This further has damaged my image and peace. My husband is down with dengue and hospitalized since 6days and this ruthless so called lawyer has been defaming our names. Its been 10years we have been in same residence and not single time we have received any court notice from the bank or the lawyer. I seriously condemn this and would like to proceed legally.               Hello team,

              I have already informed bank through emails that my card and home loan emis will be delayed due to some personal issues.

              I have attached all the details of emi and payment. I tried reaching out regional head send him multiple msgs and emails to bank officers and regional head.
              I was not in india during that time, they started harrasing my parents.
              When i informed him that payment will be done next month for both the months with penalties still after informing them prior they are torturing my family.

              All are from pune office i would like to share the names of team, sachin raskar and ketan khopade, when i tried to contact the regional head for their inappropriate words, they started torturing more and today when i told them that payment will be done next month for pending ones with penalties, they were waiting at my house down and said they wont leave until payment is done today. Person name was prakash more, i have worked with so many banks but this is the worst bank ever i have seen. If even after raising complaints no actions are taken from the regional head or any other person from the bank.
              There is no such rule in the indian government where they will torture the customers for late payment. If its there, bank should mention in their agreements.
              This is a worst experienced, i have in india with kotak.

                  I have learnt that my credit limit has been reduced to rs 22k and my minimum due is rs 56k. Last month also my credit limit was reduced. I am not satisfied with the service of the bank and since it has been identified that you are forcing me to know & hampering my credit score. I do not have money to pay and stop the collectors to harassing me. I am looking for a resolution for my complaint. I do not agree with the reduction of credit limit and i am mentally harassed by this action. Month on month the credit limit is being reduced and increasing the burden on me.

                      Hi,

                      I took a salary account from kotak mahindra bank
                      With crn[protected] as an year ago everything was fine until now but when i checked my account summary they deducted 3540 without informing me. I didn't get even single sms regarding this and they are saying these are genuine charges. How can you deduct such amount from a salary account with informing your users? I was working with another company where it won't allow kotak as my salary account. Why don't you inform me about your deductions before taking your bank account? Why didn't you inform me about my deductions through sms? How dare you to take my money without informing me? I want all my money back or else i would move to the court of law

                        Hello sir,
                        My name shruti sakariyai had a salary account in kotak mahindra bank a/c i have this account for last 1 years, i left my job last year and as per policy we know that salaried account will automatically convert into savings account but it will take 3 months. Yesterday all of a sudden i received a message from kotak mahindra bank stating deduction of rs 2360 from my account without any kind of prior intimation.
                        1) when the salary account was opened i was told that it will be a 0 balance account (So how the non maintenance charge was deducted)
                        2) secondly my account balance shows amount deducted rs 590 for non maintenance on nov dec jan feb
                        What kind of a bank is kotak mahindra, that they charge deductions wrongfully??? That too without any prior intimation
                        Is this not some kind of a scam going on???
                        Is it not many people in this complaint board suffering from similar grievance like mine???
                        We seek your help. Please refund my hard earned money back immediately or else i will have to close my account and say good bye to kotak forever.

                            adhoc stmt charge deducted

                            Ad hoc statement charge ₹52 have been deducted on 01-jul-2019 from my kotak account account without any information.

                            But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
                            And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or statement.

                            So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹52 to my account.
                            Withdrawal - 52.00 rs...

                              This is to bring your kind attention that on date 19/9/2019 fraud
                              transaction done on my credit card immediate i got the sms on my
                              mobile no. i called up to the customer care and rays the complain
                              gains the transaction within 5 to 7 mint stop the payment she said ok
                              sir don't worry will do, I told to block the card also, then after 3 days when i
                              called for the confirmation what happen of my complain they told me u
                              have to pay the payment i told him if i make a compliant then how you
                              can asked me for the payment without solve the complain why the concern department make the payment to merchant if I rays the complain, you cant ask me for the payment i will not pay.Then they told me me go to bank n fill the dispute form give complain in fiscal do the same also n complain to
                              police station also all the copy of same i am sending here for your
                              reference pleas have look on that and solve the same.
                              You can also check my last 6 month record of credit card.

                                I keep getting calls from kotak credit card department right from one week before the payment due date. Why would anybody make payment before the due date? They call 100 times from different numbers and message on what’s app. Once a lawyer has message on whatsapp to say and harassing to make the payment even before the due date.
                                It’s nothing but a harassment for people who make payments on time. They use filthy language too... Can’t believe a lady telecaller uses filthy language to another lady.
                                Strict action has to be taken such behaviour.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I had barclays credit card [protected] and settled it in the month of may-june 2010.

                                  I have started getting call from kotak bank and they asked me to resettle account. I have sent all the document i had with me for earlier settled amount.

                                  Further, i have offered to foreclose account with remaining account which was left after 2010 after settlement (Without interest).

                                  Suddenly, the guy from kotak mahindra bank, his name is mr. Brijesh started calling from mobile no. +91-[protected] to all my family members and my in-law and her family members and started using derogatory words while speaking.

                                  On their refusal to speak, he kept on calling and abusing them. Can any action initiated on this?

                                    Fitstly, unknowlageable rms vipin vishwakarma or staff in the bank. I have applied for 3-in-1 account, rm came and explained on for brokerage charges 2 paisa and 18 paisa intraday and delivery. Nothing else. He assured me no other charges.

                                    He came colleted docs at my place and account opened. Now is the time i come to know minimum transaction charges, etc. I raised complaint but it didn't solved even after following them for a month continuosly. It was ultimately that those charges will never be taken back i can close my account.

                                    Worst thing, they accepted my request and only closed demat account and not bank account and asked me to visit local branch for same.

                                    Consequently, i visited kalyan branch and came to know many other charges with bank account. Since my demat account was closed, now i need to maintain minimum balance. If i opt for closing the account, 700 rs charges will be levied if closed within 6 months. I didn't do anything and maintained balance of 12000.

                                    After a month again they charged me debit card charges. To which i spoke at customer care, they said visit local branch, when i visited local branch, they said you can hotlist debitcard from app and talk to customer care for charges, they can't do anything. I said kindly hotlist my card, the person did that and later saying now you can't even speak at customer care bcoz you require active debit card. I was like what this sh* is happening.

                                    My complain is untrained staff (Rm) and that kalyan branch staff don't know their consequences of advise. Even now they won't even reverse debit card charge.

                                    They act like cc people say visit branch and vice versa. At times they look more pathetic when they say private bank is fast. You wont get solution of your problem. I wanted close my account kindly revert back charges applied why should i born charges bcoz of your untrained pathetic staff.
