Kotak Mahindra Bank — funds transfer to ksec

Hi dear/madam,
Today 31/01/2019, my bank account has been debited 1179/- to ksec,
Without intimation funds transferred, kindly help me,,
Otherwise i will raise a complant at high court,
Kindly reverse my amount into my bank account,, otherwise i will take action legally,
These kind of transfer funds i never seen in any banks, kindly help me and resolve my issue,
All banks are doing transaction with my permission, but kotak bank doing fraud business
