Kotak Mahindra Bank — Grievance for Bank Services

On the official web site of KOTAK Bank to submit Grievance is not working!

On every level (1 to 4) on click of submit button it pops with error message : "Oops! Something went wrong and couldn’t process your request. Please try again later."
I tried number of times during diff days, but same message pops-up all the time.

Also below contact numbers of Nodal Officer and Principal Nodal Officer given on web site are switched off:

Principal Nodal Officer: Mr. K. Vora (Senior Executive Vice President ): +91 [protected]

So it seems that they have stopped/blocked all the possible ways to submit Grievance
