I have been a customer of kotak bank from 2 years but the recent behaviour from bank employees is very unproffessional, due to lockdown i was not able pay the dues on time but from 3 months i have regularly paying it and 2 employees named sunil and imdad harrased me, Mr imdad came to my residance took pictures of my house and insulted me in front of my neighbours and after clearing my dues when i called to Mr.sunil a lady picked up scolded and shouted at me and said not to call here and Mr.imdad has blocked my number its very painful the savings account of Mine is still frozen i requested them 100 times to atleast restructure the card or unhold my account but everthing going in vein its really bad my account is in MG road branch bangalore
