Amount deducted for fastag but not credited to fastag wallet

An amount of total 1000 rupees was deducted from my kotak bank account on[protected] towards Kotak Bank Fastag auto topup for my vehicle (KA-04 MN 4072 )for which I gave complaint to KOTAK FASTAG (Complaint No: KMBL:[protected] and continuously following it up with the kotak Bank FASTAG support team. I have visited my bank branch MG ROAD Bangalore with the complaint regarding deduction of my amount. They told me they cannot help me to get...

Hi I took Loan from Kotak bank however I was regularly paying my EMI every month but during Covid19 I lost my job and I requested the bank several times to give me moratorium over the phone and email but they never approved and said our backend team has rejected however upon asking they said they don't know why it's rejected .later the bank sent me lawyer notice and after requesting so much they made me pay the EMI and also extra Rs. 8000 i took loan from my friend just for interest I requested but they never Helped I hope that you all will take some action as the bank is just harassing people mentally so much .it's the worst customer service I came across and the worst bank in the entire market ...(Kotak mahindra bank)

      Fraud of Credit Card using my Identity.
      Some one has open a Credit Card A/c at Kotak Mahindra bank using my identity i have start receiving credit card statement with CRN 94853241. which i do not own but it has my name and Address on it.

      I am raising this issue since last 5 month but seems like no one in your bank. Care about fraud being committed, i have visited branch also they mention to complain online only. in call center they ask me about CC number which i do not have as i do not own any.

          I have salary account which is almost not active since June 2019. From Dec 2020 it's active and Kotak has debited my 16k as ECS RETURN CHARGES.

          I really want my money back, 16k is a big amount.

            Dear sir/ madam
            I charita having my credit card from past 2years, due to no business from last 8months was paying minimum 5000/- everymonth only missed one month in last 8months and this 5th I should pay 5000/- but missed payment but I said to the customer caller that I sld get money I will pay but today one lady by name sanvi and other by name he said justin, he called my full family in very bad word by saying send wife to other and give money. I am trying to attach the record but unable to upload.
            They are saying how u will be we will say they are saying, the call I recieved from [protected].

                I am having zero balance bank account in KOTAK Mahindra Bank. They are charging every month minimum balance not maintaining charges.

                    I have been a customer of kotak bank from 2 years but the recent behaviour from bank employees is very unproffessional, due to lockdown i was not able pay the dues on time but from 3 months i have regularly paying it and 2 employees named sunil and imdad harrased me, Mr imdad came to my residance took pictures of my house and insulted me in front of my neighbours and after clearing my dues when i called to Mr.sunil a lady picked up scolded...

                    Pathetic Bank and pathetic customer service experience. The credit card customer support executive is so rude that he makes us feel that we are doing a big mistake by availing their service.

                    After clearing all my credit card dues few months back, they still kept charging me for no reason. Upon questioning the same, according to the customer care executive, it was my mistake to clear the dues. They will keep LOOTING you as long as you stay as their customer.

                    When I requested for cancellation of my card, they wants me to pay whatever they charged without even an explanation! PATHETIC SERVICE BY KOTAK. NEVER EVER FALL IN THEIR TRAP. THEY KEEP LOOTING YOU AS LONG AS YOU STAY AS THEIR CUSTOMER . PLEASE HAVE SOME COURTESY ON YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP LOOTING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY PLEASE .

                      I have cleared all my credit card dues couple of months back and all of a sudden after two months Im seeing due amount of 2500 rupees.
                      Customer care person is very rude and have zero courtesy towards customer. Ultimately according to him its my fault that I cleared all my dues and they can charge any amount they feel.

                      Its better to beg rather than looting customers hard earned money.Absolutely pathetic service and zero courtesy. I have been using their card for more than 5 years and making all payments on time. Never recommend anyone to use kotak credit card. BEWARE THEY LOOT PEOPLE ! NEVER USE THEIR CARDS

                        Kotak bank charged me on dec 2020 for 13 times rs 23.60 rs
                        Not jan 2021 kotak bank charged me for 11 times 23.60 rs please explain i have not done that much time txn using debit card

                            This is Vibhavari Dabhade exactly 1 year back I had submitted complaint regarding unappropriate treatment as well torcher by kotak Mahindra credit card department still facing same even after full payment for my CC in one shot for settlement and cancelation of card as guided by Kotak collection department Manager Asmit Sawant .I paid 27000/- settlement amount online in one shot after their approval by mail in Dec 2019 but still getting messages about outstanding amount and even after repeated follow-up they didn't give me NOC and cancelation details of card by mail after payment as promised by them in approval mail which is complete breach of trust of customers. Above all today I got call from person named Aashish Choudhary that advocate Sunil Gautam filed case against me on behalf of kotak Mahindra bank regarding some 13000/- outstanding of payment by me even they sent the details by mail and said if I will not pay immediately then they will send lady constable within an hour to arrest me which was really very annoying and hard to tolerate as well very disturbing it seems complete chain of fraud.
                            I expect immediate action against kotak Mahindra bank as well expecting my NOC and card cancelation details by mail on [protected]@rediffmail.com .

                            No I didn't get any solution from kotak Mahindra bank. Don't know how it can be marked as resolved?No one approached me by phone or neither I received NOC/NDC mail and cancelation details of my card!! Kindly notice it's still not resolved even I sent mail to Asmit Sawant (Manager kotak as he said Don't really know)but no reply...

                              I am totally harassed by CC Collection department of Kotak Mahindra Bank bangalore .Though I'm in proper touch with them by phone as well as by WhatsApp chat and showed my positive intention towards settlement only after clarification to my queries by bank which is my right to know. I have received cc settlement letter for 4 installments and they are forcing to pay in one shot.

                                Dear Team

                                I am Rajesh kumar having a saving Account Number -[protected] in Kotak Mahindra Bank in Bhiwadi(Rajasthan}

                                On dated 11.11.2020, i made a IMPS of Rs 25000 which bymistake
                                transfered in wrong account Number [protected] in Bank of Baroda, Sultana, Distt-Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) Branch.

                                I have registered 3 complaints in KMBL online and visited in my home branch also.

                                Besides this i visited in BOB branch where funds transfered to hold the payment. Branch manager said that he is waiting any E-mail to refund amount.

                                today 42 days has passed and its subject of worry for me.

                                Yet waiting of refund of Rs 25000 in my account.

                                Kindly instruct to resolve this matter soon.

                                  The employees of Kotak Mahindra Bank (Loan Dept), MIDC Branch, Andheri East are the worst in terms of professionalism. I have taken a personal loan and from the very first day of this initiation, I am facing issues. The latest : I get a call from the bank and find out that I have 9 EMI bounces (That too they are confused whether its 9 or 12!) and a heavy charge which, as per my statements are wrong. Now that to clarify my issue, I call the loan dept staff of the bank but they do not respond or even give out a solution. I have been continuously calling out for my statements but no progress. Yesterday, I gave a call to the Kotak customer care to find out whats going on and I get to know that besides this loan issue, they have even updated my phone no. and email id wrongly (another great example of their irresponsibility!). I would strongly request the headquarters to take serious action to this problem. And here's a quick advice - There's no point of appointing employees when they are not beneficial to their clients. Your bank is just losing trust.
