[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Health insurance policy premium amount | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, I have the honor to stat that I have a saving account with kotak mahindra and for the insurance policy I have been advised one of your insurance team. They suggested that for three lakh policy my premium will be 4500 I got agree and I did it.but without my acknowledgement they made it 10 lakh policy with premium of 6700 which I don't want. I don't have any problems for the policy. But before making any changes that to without my acknowledgement you are not suppose to make any changes and deduct money from my account which you did.
