Kotak Mahindra Bank — I want refund payment not received | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am sumaiya begam. I have savings account in kotak mahindra bank in hyderabad. Today (December 22, 2017), i have transfer inr. 990 to my friend with my mobile banking. He doesn't receive the payment from my account. But, from my account the payment has been reduced. Below, i mention the reference number and my account number which i received from the bank after the money transaction. Reference number :[protected] I want to know about the transaction payment details. I am requesting you to please solve my problem. I am also try to contact the customer care of kotak mahindra bank. But, no one is answering. Here below, i am mention the customer care numbers which i was used to contact the bank. [protected] and[protected] no one is response to the call. If customer has any problem, it will be the bank responsibility to solve the customer problem. I believe that i will receive any solution from this complain. So, help me. If you have any query, about the transaction please contact me with my email: [protected]@gmail.com If i didn't get any response from the bank side. I will be make very serious issue.
