[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Illegal debited by bank for unintended renewal | |||
Myself girish. H. S. I am using kotak mahindra credit card with no. [protected]. I was debited an amount of about rs 1299 on june 3rd 2016 shortly after obtaining the credit card towards "oneassist" services without my consent. After refusing the service, they offered a discount price and i continued as i didnt want to create trouble. Again on june 5th an amount of rs1, 299 has been debited to my credit card account for renewal of the services without my consent. I called the oneassist number and asked them to take back and revert the amount. But they are not listening and trying to convince me to continue. I want the cancellation of the service and reversal of transaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
