This is what the email i received from kotak after IMPS transaction time out and money deducted from my account.
I believe KOTAK offering world class banking services to it's customers. No doubt in that and I LOVE KOTAK for it's simplistic features and extradionary customer support.
Please fix this issue and this money is very important for the beneficiary that's why i used IMPS else i would go for NEFT.
