[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — Imps transfer not received at kotak bank

Account opening has been done on kotak through bio-metric with kotak executive prakash (Emp code - 73902) on 27th mar 2017. Prakash requested to deposit rs.5000 for account opening in kotak using url received in my mobile from kotak. Fund transfer has been done successfully through citrus payment gateway and rs.5000 has been debited from my existing citibank account. Prakash mentioned that this rs.5000 will be transferred to my new kotak account ([protected]) crn no[protected].

Imps ref no[protected] for rs.5000 transferred on 27th mar 2017 was still not credited to my new kotak bank account nor reversed back to my existing citibank account until now (02 july 2017)

I had received a letter confirmation from citibank stating that imps transaction done via citrus payment gateway was successful. However this amount was not credited back to my kotak account.

I had reached the kotak branch in ashok nagar and explained the issue, however they were not in an position to help me out with the issue. Request your help to resole this issue and credit back my rs.5000 to my kotak account or citibank account

I had enclosed the list of documents
1) account opening form received from prakash on 27th march 2017
2) imps fund transfer screen shot through citrus payment gateway done through my mobile on 27th mar 2017
3) citibank confirmation letter stating successful imps rs.5000 transfer with reference no[protected]

This has been one of the worst experience for me where a bank states that they were unable to track / identify the transaction which was done using their url.
