Dear All,
Recently I have been charged annual fee on my debit card INCORRECTLY by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
I contacted several times to the customer care, and each time they say that the concern will be taken up in 3-4 working days. Moreover, they say that GST charges will not be refunded !!
So, this means Kotak Bank will keep on deducting invalid charges from your account, and will refund only the amount excluding GST, and one day your balance will become ZERO.
I asked them, if in case of CHEQUE BOUNCE they would give me 3-4 working days (or more) before charging penalty, and guess what... they give no answer to this !!!
Our money is not safe with Kotak Bank, and I am going to close my account with them.
I request everyone having Kotak bank accounts to CLOSE your accounts, and let's teach these cheaters a lesson of life.
I request consumer-complaints department to take this matter with higher authorities.
