After paying all the remaining bills, i applied for closure of my credit card about couple of months ago. I got notification through email that my card has been closed but now your bank is saying that there are some bills remaining on my card and it is not closed.
I talked to the customer relationship officer and applied for the cancellation of all the charges.
From that day i am not able to contact any customer care number, i think they have blocked me so that i will not be able to contact them and they will apply more charges to me.
I request you to please notify me for the same.
