Kotak Mahindra Bank — Issue in Credit card cancellation *urgent*

Hi Sir/Madam,

I wanted to cancel my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card which I'm not using. This month they have added Annual charges of RS. 588.82 in my statement.

I had called customer care number (which is Paid service) and they are very harsh/Loud in stating I need to pay Rs. 90 to close my credit card.

I just want to cancel my credit which I'm not using and I don't want to pay any additional amount as I have paid initially while getting my credit card and also it was promised me by customer representative that there wont be any annual fee.

Kindly help me to close my Credit card which I'm not using.
