Dear Respected Sir,
I opened a life insurance code with kotak life insurance having code No KLI60530370.Appointed on: 23 feb 2018
I don't know why my code is blacklisted, personally i don't do any wrong business in my code.my code has gone to be misused.
Someone may be doing such type fraud to play in my code.please investigate otherwise my career ll be spoil so please take action.
I am completely innocent of all these charges.i was not aware about this mis-use.so after knowing it i requested to kotak life insurance to close it but they denied it as the code is blacklisted. I had joined a new company, and they asked me for a NOC for the above license number. So I got a NOC from Kotak Life Insurance Company and submitted the same in my new company then after i ll rejoin.
mistake and negligence done by me unknowingly.kindly close the code and requesting u to give me chance to rectify my mistake
So I am requesting you to help me come away from this blacklisted issue which was happened might be due to either my negligence or due to my unawareness.
Henceforth I ' m requesting you to suggest me a way out from this issue.
Kindly take this as a priority and cancelation the code in IRDA portal

    Issue in Credit card cancellation *urgent*

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I wanted to cancel my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card which I'm not using. This month they have added Annual charges of RS. 588.82 in my statement.

    I had called customer care number (which is Paid service) and they are very harsh/Loud in stating I need to pay Rs. 90 to close my credit card.

    I just want to cancel my credit which I'm not using and I don't want to pay any additional...

      I applied a CREDIT CARD loan from ICICI Bank and they disbursed the loan amount 111000/- to my Kotak Mahindra credit card account.
      This loan is taken for my urgent personal need but due to this irresponsible act from ICICI Bank my amount is stuck with Kotak Credit Card Account.
      I am amazed that why someone would transfer loan amount to credit card account.
      When I see no hope from ICICI I requested to Kotak Bank to refund my amount to my savings account through a mail by providing all the requested details, i.e. bank details, bank statement, and transaction details etc.
      But after raising the issue three times; i received the mail from Kotak demanding the same details and documents again.
      They are deliberately harassing.
      Hoping a positive solution regarding this issue

          I received your bank credit card a few months ago and have not used it since, nor have I generated the pin number.

          Last October 2022, Rs. 2861/- was auto debited from my account for Kotak Card Insurance (without my knowledge/permission). I have not accepted or subscribed to any Production/Security/Insurance plan from my side.

          I hope and request that you surrender my credit card for the reasons stated above, as I do not wish to continue using your card. I am still not using or generating a PIN number.

            I am maintaining two consumer durable loan in your bank. But the Emi for the month of February was bounced due to insufficient funds. I have paid it manually along with bouncing charge. But now kotak bank mobile banking showing 1297 rupees as closing balance and 0 rs as current balance. Why i cant withdraw my money?? What is closing balance and current balance. Please release my withheld amount. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Kindly do the needful.

              Atm cw fees-dom charges

              Dear kotak mahindra bank,

              I have been using this account from last 2 years and my kotak account is CORPORATE EDGE SALARY ACCOUNT but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60, 24.00, 29.00 etc. on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only 2 in january month and i had withdrawal rs.500 on 4th january 2023 and rs....

              Hello Myself kalpak V kotak bank savings account holder. Inbetween from 23rd to 24th Feb 2023 .they have deducted 24rps 11 times as total 260rps. As atm cw fees and I have not at all used my debit card more than twice in this month how could they deduct it and if this happens in any emergency situation means what will be the effect of customers. what kind of service you people are providing this is absolutely not at all fair.plz kindly check the issue and solve it out money does not comes from tree ..we earn it honestly.. etc

                I have maintaining two consumer durable loan account in kotak mahindra Bank. i have paid the amount manually through the app along with bouncing charge. But after that day bank have debited extra amount from my account. Today my friend transferred money to my kotak account, from that amount also you have charged money in the name of lien. disappointed with your service. why are you charging money back to back from my account. Please resolve my issue and close the lien. Attaching account details below for your reference.

                  Hello,

                  My name is Pruthvi, from Bangalore.

                  I have borrowed a loan from Kotak Bank and other banks as well.

                  I have been paying regularly to all the loans until October 2022. But since then I have been facing financial issues.

                  My situation gone worse and my financial problems exceeded to 30 lakhs.

                  Hence I was unable to pay any loans or credit cards.

                  Now received a Arbitration letter from Kotak bank, threatening they will seize all my belongings.

                  I have paid almost 48 EMI's out of 60 total emi's to Kotak. But this kind of behavior really not fair.

                  I have been updating all the collection agency associates as well regarding my problem, one of the field executive stated he'll get back to to with an settlement offer. But never returned.

                  In-spite of being in touch with bankers they sent me a letter.

                  Now I'm not in a possess to pay the loan. I'm trying to arrange and also my family members are trying to help me. I need a month or 2 to pay all.

                  Please help me out.

                    I had a ECS mandate with Just Dial and used ho pay my emi online thorough another account so as I cancelled the NACH through mobile banking app on 11th may 2021 but as per the customer care executive still just dial was able to hit my account 6 times so as charges of ₹ 6077.00 have been applied to my account. Which shows as balance hold-recoverable in the statements. When I produced the screenshots of the conformation of successfully removal of NACH from my account the customer care executive told me that they will write off the charges and after 15 days now they are saying that your charges have been removed and you wont be refunded any of the charges

                            I bought an item from amazon but it didn't reach me and I went directly for return, and I paid through kotak bank credit card, but I reached kotak bank many times to cancel the EMI but they didn't let me. They say we can't do it. But if my EMI amount has gone back to their account then why won't my EMI get cancelled? This is what I need an answer to.

                                Home loan emi

                                This is to kindly inform you that we had taken loan for Rs.20 lacs vide loan account no:HF 39409160
                                We took one loan for the same property, same amount previously and cancelled the loan as the builders delayed, loan account no:HF38887436. but the bank took emi even before registration.
