Atm cw fees-dom charges

Dear kotak mahindra bank,

I have been using this account from last 2 years and my kotak account is CORPORATE EDGE SALARY ACCOUNT but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60, 24.00, 29.00 etc. on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only 2 in january month and i had withdrawal rs.500 on 4th january 2023 and rs....

Hello Myself kalpak V kotak bank savings account holder. Inbetween from 23rd to 24th Feb 2023 .they have deducted 24rps 11 times as total 260rps. As atm cw fees and I have not at all used my debit card more than twice in this month how could they deduct it and if this happens in any emergency situation means what will be the effect of customers. what kind of service you people are providing this is absolutely not at all fair.plz kindly check the issue and solve it out money does not comes from tree ..we earn it honestly.. etc

    I have maintaining two consumer durable loan account in kotak mahindra Bank. i have paid the amount manually through the app along with bouncing charge. But after that day bank have debited extra amount from my account. Today my friend transferred money to my kotak account, from that amount also you have charged money in the name of lien. disappointed with your service. why are you charging money back to back from my account. Please resolve my issue and close the lien. Attaching account details below for your reference.

      Hello,

      My name is Pruthvi, from Bangalore.

      I have borrowed a loan from Kotak Bank and other banks as well.

      I have been paying regularly to all the loans until October 2022. But since then I have been facing financial issues.

      My situation gone worse and my financial problems exceeded to 30 lakhs.

      Hence I was unable to pay any loans or credit cards.

      Now received a Arbitration letter from Kotak bank, threatening they will seize all my belongings.

      I have paid almost 48 EMI's out of 60 total emi's to Kotak. But this kind of behavior really not fair.

      I have been updating all the collection agency associates as well regarding my problem, one of the field executive stated he'll get back to to with an settlement offer. But never returned.

      In-spite of being in touch with bankers they sent me a letter.

      Now I'm not in a possess to pay the loan. I'm trying to arrange and also my family members are trying to help me. I need a month or 2 to pay all.

      Please help me out.

        I had a ECS mandate with Just Dial and used ho pay my emi online thorough another account so as I cancelled the NACH through mobile banking app on 11th may 2021 but as per the customer care executive still just dial was able to hit my account 6 times so as charges of ₹ 6077.00 have been applied to my account. Which shows as balance hold-recoverable in the statements. When I produced the screenshots of the conformation of successfully removal of NACH from my account the customer care executive told me that they will write off the charges and after 15 days now they are saying that your charges have been removed and you wont be refunded any of the charges

          Please do remove from Phone number (+91 [protected]) from all your services. I receive calls and SMS about it and I don't want any such SMS or calls from Kptak Mahindra. Please do needful

                I bought an item from amazon but it didn't reach me and I went directly for return, and I paid through kotak bank credit card, but I reached kotak bank many times to cancel the EMI but they didn't let me. They say we can't do it. But if my EMI amount has gone back to their account then why won't my EMI get cancelled? This is what I need an answer to.

                  Kotak bank charges 1179 rs as lien tbms charges. Without any prior notice..

                  Why this charges? If this is zero balance account..

                  Kindly request you please credit deducted amt to my account and also know reason of deduction..

                    We took one loan for the same property, same amount previously and cancelled the loan as the builders delayed, loan account no:HF38887436. but the bank took emi even before registration.

                      Hi, I am writing this to inform you that on 25/10/22, I bought Vivo mobile phone of Rs. 14500/- through my Kotak mahindra Bank credit card, at that time shop owner told me if I convert my purchase into 3 EMI then I will be getting Rs. 1500/- cashback within 90 working days. But till today I didn't receive my cashback yet. I am following up with bank representative since 18/01/23 they're not responding properly, when I write their Nodel officer they rejected my request without giving any reason. Moreover I would like to inform that their customer care executive Ms. Pooja is very unprofessional & rude she was not ready to listen my complain & try to pressurize me by saying that this was not done due to merchant but when I approach to the shop from where I bought this mobile, he clearly said that it is done through bank only. I have attached supporting email copy and my invoice. Please look into this matter & help me.

                        I have a kotak 811 account in the bank but I forget to get a full kyc of my account and The time period for the kyc has a limit of 1 year but it has been few months and my account is freezed by bank and the nearest branch is about 90-100 km far away in another district I want a chance for E-KYC of my account from the bank.

                          I'm facing a problem since 36 days, And already given complain to kotak life insurance, Kotak group secure one activated a policy worth 2634.35 rupees directly without permission. I tried to complaining to kotak mahindra life insurance but they say that we can't help you. I tried their toll free number [protected] but it's always busy. I also tried an email but they just saying that we would refund in 10.days but they can't.

                            Hey kotak mahindra,
                            I know you are a scam company but that doesn't give you the right to disturb someone every day calling 30+ times begging to take loan.
                            I have even raised complaint via your official channel and your customer service team is refusing to take any step at all to solve the issue.
                            Even though my number is DND registered that doesn't stop you from calling multiple times a day.
                            This is an unbearable situation and ou should stop this kind of behavior otherwise I might have to file a criminal case for breach of privacy against your company.

                              I having Savings Account with bank since 2017 but no benefits no Preapproved Offers. No Good Limit. Specially When I need. Kindly look into this matter n help us. Update to close all relationship with kotak Bank

                                I keep getting spam SMS messages, multiple times everyday and I would like them to stop. they are related to selling credit cards, unnecessary loans and other things. Please stop sending messages that I did not sign up for. I have their credit card but have stopped using it and will be cancelling it. This is not what I signed up for. Their website doesn't mention an email/customer helpline. Please provide something through which I can unsubscribe.

                                    It's been a month, Kotak Mahindra Bank debited all my money, to the bank balance Rs.0.
                                    When I enquired in the bank they replied there are no transaction showing. But in the Kotak bank Application the balance is showing Rs.0. I had also complained in the bank, It's been a week they hadn't replied yet.
                                    Please take actions against the bank.
