why are the tbms charges cutting down from my account?

When my account is 811 with maintaining policy of zero balance per month my bank is continually charging tbms charges without prior notice and i don’t know why they cut down these charges from my a/c. I got cut this amount two times of this month within 10 days. First, tell me the reason of these charges and second if the charges are not applicable on my account then make a refund in my a/c....

I am complaint about translation problem

I am having salary account [protected] in our bank. I have done cash withdrawal of 700rs at 504492 atm on 14.2.19 at 8:18:42 with transaction reference i'd 8081. But the same amount has been debited from my account 504492 atm on 14.2.19 at 8:18:43 with transaction reference i'd 8082. I have taken amount only one time still i didn't get amount of 700rs. Kindly do the needful to get the amount as soon as possible...

cancellation of card protection plan

Cancel my card protection plan of my credit card... And you cannot deduct amount of 1649rs foo card protection plan without intimation or a call... And i have tried to call your customer care number but it is not at all connecting to speak with a person... If i lost my card i hve to call one of the customer care number but its not connecting how can you people protect my card......

amount debited from account but not received

I am using my atm card for the withdraw of the amount 2000.. But suddenly service says collect your cash but cash is not come from the atm and amount is deducted from my account.. It is totally a poor service providing by the kotak bank. They totally frustrate the costumers.in previous month they also providing the issue at the case of non maintenance charge but i open the zero balance account.. At after complaining they reversed the amount...

fraud promises in advertisements on kotak 811 accounts

I opened kotak 811 account in jan 2018 and about to close today (Jan 2019) because they give fraud promises in advertisements on kotak 811 accounts.

fraudulent activity by kotak bank - nightmare experience

Absolutely dreadful behavior from kotak mahindra bank. This bank not only fails to answer the loss of a large amount of funds from a long-term customer like us, but also refuses to pay back the sum even after a court - ruled judgement! kotak credit card excess finance charge deducted

I have made repeated request for reversal of finance charges rs 2739 + rs 411 (Service tax) levied in jan 2017 statement nonpayment of full amount by due date. No action has been taken by kotak bank. The finance charges deducted are approximately 4% per month, meaning more than 50% per year which is totally incorrect.
