I have an kotak 811 lite account. I didn't do full kyc. Some days back all of a sudden my account got freezed. I couldn't do a single transaction after that. I have more than 50000 rs.in that. I conplained to customer care, they told me to go to the branch. The people in branch didn't help me either. I don't know what to do.. I think i should complain in consumer forum. Sir mene kotak mahendra bank me apply kiya tha or Registration fee 1800Rs or police verification document verification and address verification fee 5000Rs jama kar diye hai per uske bad bhi mujhe koi feed back nahi mila hai
