Kotak Mahindra Bank — kotak bank has deducted rs 6000/- from my account # [protected] due to irresponsible bank employee

Sir,

Please find the series of event that happened to my bank account no [protected] and employees not responding since december 2016.
1. Kotak bank provided zero balance account at microsoft employee with a lot of commitment and i was maintaining 11 lakhs rupees.
2. Kotak bank committed to providing service of cash anywhere, i requested for cash in the month of december and no cash was provided by kotak employees. Now customer care says, it was due to demonetization.
3. Kotak bank employee didn’t even come to microsoft campus to help give the cash when needed even though other banks were providing the service in campus. I had to transfer my money to a bank who provide cash instead of waiting.
4. I reached madhapur branch in the month of december for cash but it was not provided. I also told the bank to close the account but bank employee did not even allow to enter the madhapur branch. Is this how ace customer is handled by the branch? Now bank customer care says, it was because of demonetization.
5. I contacted the bank representative named sakshi at microsoft campus 3 in january that if you can't provide service then please close my account. She said that i do not have the closure form and will send the representative. She did not respond back till date.
6. I contacted sachindev paul in the month of june to close the account and he said will send information on an email, he will respond back and asked for time. Sachin did not respond back from last 4 months. Sachin has already accepted that it was a lapse from his side. Please check the email sent as evidence below.
7. Looking at the current state, i have been told that i must maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back.
8. Sachindev paul also told that m2 employee is not responsive therefore it happened. I should talk to him. But after talking to him in june i conclude that he is also not responsive and after telling that he will revert he goes into sleep mode.
9. If entire kotak bank employees open the account and go in sleep mode, then why rs 6000 /-deducted from my account?
10. As per customer care, due to demonization, the bank could not provide basic services then how did they deduct money as amc charges based on ace features.
The question still unanswered and all bank employees do not respond:
1. Kotak bank sends sms for even rs 10/- transaction then why no sms was sent when money was deducted every month with the amount.
2. Why do kotak bank employees not respond back to the customer?
3. What is the bank type opened by the bank? When will the customer be informed?
4. Why didn’t kotak bank inform the customer that balance is less than the minimum?
5. Why must i maintain 10k for 3 months to get my money back whereas employees are responsible for nonresponsive?
6. What is the role of relationship manager when he takes request and forgets?
7. How should the customer know kotak bank employee is m2 or not?
8. Is customer servicing is done by remaining silent by bank?
9. When all the alerts online are set, which alert is missing from my side?
Consider the above scenarios and demonetization, please refund my deducted charges with interest. The bank should also pay mental harassment charges for this cause. Please provide a penalty of rs 25, 000/- for causing mental agony and harassment.in case bank does not respond and take corrective action immediately, they will be liable for payment of rs 2 lakhs per month as mental harassment charges.
