I have education loan in corporation bank where i have multiple ecs and one ecs of 2000 rs is there in kotak mahindra bank. One months ecs has been bounced from this account but education loan emi has been provided in other payment option. They have deducted 4000/- rs in one month ecs bounce. My customer id: 77491069 I didn't even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.
