Kotak Mahindra Bank — lien amount deducted

Mere pass kotak mahindra bank mein salary a/c hai.per maine isme last 2 years se koi transaction nahi ki.2 mahine pahle main kotak bank gaya or apne is a/c ke bare mein staff se poochha ki agar main is a/c ko dobara operate karta hoon to mere kitne charges lagenge to unhone mujhe rs. 253/- bataya to maine kaha thik hai.iske baad maine meri salary is a/c mein credit karwayi.salary amount is 11613/-. Jisme se maine 9000/- niklwa liye or mera balance 2613 reh gaya. Iske baad is bank ne mere ye sabhi amount 2613/- bank charges ke naam se kaat liye.jabke staff ne sirf 253 rs. Katne ki baat kahi thi .or iske baad agle mahine dobara salary dalwayi to isme se bhi bank ne 489 rs. Mere lein charges keh kar kat liye . Sir pls mere paise mujhe wapis karwaye jayein . Dhanyavad.mere saath bahut galat kiya gaya hai.pls help me .
Complaint against kotak mahindra bank

Today in my relativeMr vishun kumar his bank kodak mahindra bank account no [protected] transfer amount rs 5000 through google pay into my account icici bank name of SRISHTI saini account number.[protected]. Branch uttam nagar
But due to mistake amount transfer into wrong account number[protected] also amount debit from kotak mahindra bank.

I have personal account my account balance is 400r rupees but available is 2832 rupees only remaining balance hold to lien account. Why did hold the amount. Please release and refund the amount immediately. This amount was use my loan purpose. We will not pay my loan intrest will be added. Please realise my amount.
