[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lien Tbms

I am too victim of this fraud. I was told that this is zero balance account. I don't have to maintain any balance If I don't want to, said by the Sales person. Now I am being charged randomly for low balance. Charge Lien Tbms.

Updated by Santosh Kumar00 I have also faced a similar problem. I was told this is a zero-balance account, so I don't have to maintain any minimum balance. I was charged 2593.82 as Charge lien TBMS. I have no idea what services I'm being charged when I haven't availed anything!!
