Kotak Mahindra Bank — Lost balance by ATM | |||||
That I am holder of A/C No.[protected], Branch At Saket, E-Block, New Delhi, That I beg to say that I was gone to withdrawn balance a sum of Rs. 6, 000/- on dated 07/03/2016 around 6:03 PM at Axis bank ATM, Near Mehrauli Bus Stand New Delhi, but that time when I tried to get a above said amount, I have puted my ATM card in above said Axis ATM, also with ATM Pin, then ATM machine was counted my above said Amount but above said Amount cant withdrawn by above said ATM, and I have get Blank Receipt, even I have told this information to the guard of above said ATM, he said this ATM machines server has already down since morning, after that I had gone another ATM where I withdrawn a sum of Rs. 6, 000/- after some minuts, I have received that my balance Rs. 6, 000/- is already withdrawn from my account, after that I have gone again that Axis ATM, I have told the information to the ATM Guard he said no balance is withdrawn after your gone, that after on dated 8/03/2017 I have gone my Branch at Saket, I was told all information to Mr. Pankaj as a service Manager, he told me, you first register your information to customer care of No [protected], after that You come, so I have given all information to customer care, they said me your balance will come within 10 days, I was wait, but when my above said Deducation balance not come, I have again gone to branch and told Mr. Pankaj, then hel said again for wait, one week, I have waited, but finanly balance not come, I have gone again he said me you give me FIR, I have given, he said again, this prosejor will completed within 4 days, I have waited after that I have again branch Mr. Pankaj said again, that Axis bank said me, that we have trying to get CCTV Photos, I said how much time you will get to done it, he said I don't know, . so I want to say, if my work will done within this week, I will go to consumer court, becoz I have tried so many times for own balance, they are not do my work fast, they has taken so many times, , I have enclosed FIR pls check it, from Lucky Patel Was this information helpful? | |||||
