Kotak Mahindra Bank — mail id issue

Hello sir i done my account opening in this year begin i already submitted the details what they required but one think y they can't enter my mail id... I have done so many transactions till now if i want to know my statements the application show the post option instead of mail.. It clearly tells us they can't update my mail id and one thing they show to consult the nearest bank... I have no time to attend the bank... Because of i am a job person... Can u resolve the problem...
