Sir/mam,
My balance have deducted from my credit card today. I want to refund my balance. The balance have deducted from my credit card which first time deducted rs 67.57 and again deducted rs 66.57. Then after again and again the balance have deducted rs 3326.72 today. Again and again the balance is deducting from my credit card today. Please give me refund of my credit card balance.

    Team, i tried to contact your customer care number[protected] but not connected due to server problem, the way of connecting your team is very stiff - please improve your services as this escalation is pending from more than 1 month but we won’t get any satisfactory resolution their mails, every time need to ask information through email and every mail complete information not mentioned. Even every small query it take minimum four to five working days, i had mentioned in each mail please contact me soon but every time team directly send the mail before any verbal communication every mail should have been mark further discussion with customer,

    Furthermore i trust far with your team whenever we get the notification mail regarding my bill. I always paid my bill within the timeline without any cross check. Last time available limit was 20000rs but when today i checked the status of my outstanding bill and found available balance was 19000rs i was surprised, i am quickly sure there was no any single transection till now after cleared my outstanding amount, also i found few unnecessary charges got deducted.

    You should much focus every customer complaint what issues come under the escalation.

    Please contact me very soon and fix the issue so that i can make my payment timely.

      Kotak mahindra bank is worst at it's services.

      A fraudulent transaction was happened on 3rd nov 2017 for my credit card. And i reported then on that day.

      But it took almost 3 months to reversal the fee of dispute transaction in credit card statement.

      They have charged me anonymously 8579.0 instead of 3792.0. And they are keep on adding the interest and additional charges (Auto debit.. Etc) like anything.

      I reported the same to credit cards customer support team, but they are arrogant and indiscipline and more interested in making money by looting the money from customers.

      They did not even bother about the customer satisfaction and they more interested in threatening by recover agencies to reduce the customer civil score.

      Do not trust this bank.. They have worst customer services. They call only when we need to pay credit card bills. Otherwise they do not respond to any emails or calls or complaints.

        I sunita harish salian working at mahim would like to bring to your notice that on 16th march 2018 friday i received a call from mobile number [protected] person telling that he/she are from kotak mahindra bank, kalina branch regarding some loan recovery. Call received from mr. Sanjay bogga & ms. Priya. I would also like to bring to your notice that there is no connection of mine with this loan. After saying this to mr. Sanjay bogga i am receiving call again and again. After i said i don’t know regarding the same ms. Priya started calling to school authorities number [protected] where my daugther is studying, to my company boss residential number[protected], some of my friends and company colleagues numbers - [protected], [protected] that some lic of sunita salian has got matured and we have to pay maturity amount to sunita salian and ms. Priya tried to take my personal mobile number from school authorities, friends and company colleagues and were trying to take my details from them. I called up on the same number [protected] and spoke to mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya that there is no connection of mine with the loan and requested both of them not to call me and my friends and company colleagues frequently, even after warning them they started calling everyone and harassing and saying unwanted words.

        First i went to santacruz east vakola police station where i was asked to file complaint with bkc police station. But my complaint was not taken there, mr. Kamat police inspector from bkc police station taken from me the mobile number [protected] from i received these unwanted calls and spoke with mr. Sanjay bogga warned him not to make these unwanted calls to sunita salian and don’t harass her or any of her friends and colleague. But mr. Kamat police inspector did not register my written complaint. And i was assured by mr. Kamat police inspector that henceforth you will not receive any such unwanted calls from mr. Sanjay bogga and priya (Including my friends and company colleagues).

        Again from today 17th march morning from 11.30 a. M. Onwards i have started receiving the same calls from mr. Sanjay bogga. Not only me my friends and company colleague also started receiving the same calls. Mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya said unwanted words to me as well as to my friends and company colleagues.

        I and my friends and company colleagues are fed up of such unwanted frequent calls and harassment. I hereby request to your goodselves to look into this matter and take some immediate and strict action so that in future i or any of my friends and company colleagues should not receive such unwanted calls from above mentioned persons.

        Please also note there is no connection of mine with this loan or any of my friends and company colleagues. I am not a guarantor for this loan, then who has given the authority to representatives of kotak mahindra bank to harass people with which they are not concerned at all. If it the recovery team then who has given authority to them to harass other people who are not concerned at all with loan given by kotak mahindra bank.

        I have wasted my two days on this unwanted calls, unnecessarily frequently leaving my office job and work. Who is going to pay me for this loss??? It is against law to harass the innocent people who are totally not concerned with the loan given by kotak mahindra bank!!?? This is the way kotak mahindra bank work??? I want some legal action to be taken against kotak mahindra bank and specially their representatives mr. Sanjay bogga and ms. Priya from whom i and my friends and company colleagues are getting frequent unwanted calls.

        Please treat this as a personal complaint from me.

          I applied for a fresh credit card with your bank.. My card status is unverifyed due to address issue which not a geniune reason... They people are just fooling n playing nonsense game with custormers... Its my 6 application... I dont know y... All are fraud... They just want to get detail dats... It... Rest of the work they dont want to do... They sell false policy... Soon i will close my account... If will not get the solution for the same... I have wasted my time with this foolish bank...

          Please dont open any account with this bank actually they only do cheating with ppl... They said my account is at zero balance... But its not... They sell false policy.. They are really harmful to other.. Moreover they decline my application status various time by giving a invalid reason that my address is incalid.. Which totally... False.. They can waste your time as you can never get benifit throught them... Soon i will close my ac with this bank.. N try for a good reputated bank...

            Bankdeduct the 3000 rupees of the maintenance charge. First i just want to say before deduct any amount from the account they should have to send the sms to aware about the money that you have zero balance and keep sufficient amount in your account but they don't. I had to transfer the money to home but due to deduction of the amount unable to send the money to home. Now i want to claim on the bank how i get my money back give me reply as soon as possible your reply is very necessary for me

              Not issued the debit card for my account but, debited the charges (Rs 178.00) from my account, debiting reason is "annual debit card charges". But not using any debit card and not issued.. My branch address is hyderanagar (Kkbk0000560)

              I want reason for this, customer not having and bank not issued the debit card bank how to debit the charges..

                I have applied for credit card in the month it's almost more than 40 days and the status it's showing being processed from last 25 days.

                I am not able to contact the customer care also.. Please let me know whats going behind..

                This is not the correct way how the bank is responding to the new customers.

                Whenever i called to the collection executive they are saying we are not responsible after collecting the document from the customer. And they are not able to share the next level contact person name & details.

                  I have savings account with kotak mahindra bank and today i got 9 times 20000 debitted to my account from kotak atm at pahargank delhi and my card is with me, i called helpline least interested and promised call back from fraud team who did in 1.5 hrs saying they will take 90 days to resolve my issue
                  As per rbi its bank responsibility to ensure data security and to reimburse the customer the amount in 10 days,...
                  I posted on kotak mahindra fce book page and aman mishr called me from his personal mobile number imagine what a patheic and unsafe bank...
                  Kindly get my entire money credited in 24 hours or will take legal action and advise not to have bnk account with kotak

                    With reference to my savings bank account number with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK, EXHIBITION ROAD, PATNA branch as mentioned above, I want to inform you that my account has been debited by 34000/- on different dates and money transfer to mobikwik without my knowledge. Further we have not used Debit Card or Internet Banking as on date.I have Attached the transaction statement complain to branch and other places. I furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re-credit the amount to my account:

                      I have never applied for credit card. As soon as an salary account was opened, a person disguised as kotak agent approached us for credit card. We clearly rejected the credit card offer. I have not signed any document pertaining for credit card application. I have not provided my id proof./pan for credit card purpose.

                      Identity theft has occured within kotak data base. The rm who opened account was nisha rane. Email id of nisha. [protected]@kotak.com, mobile number of xxxxxxxxx

                      The credit card application number is[protected] an un-authorised process. Kotak mahindra bank employees are cheating to get targets met. No oral complaint gave result. As procedure this s the last resort before ombudsman.

                      The above mentioned complaint cannot be given to kotak because their website shows error, every time i post the complaint as level 1.

                      i spoke to customer care. They declined to take it as a complaint. Rather they requested me to cancel credit card once i receive it. The matter of identity theft has not been addressed here.

                        Cash got debited of 10000 Rs for failed transaction ( SBI ATM went out of service in the third transaction ) on 09/03/2018.
                        Its been 3 days still money is not credited to my account.
                        I have withdrawn amount thrice 10000 Rs each transaction. 3rd time Amount got debited for failed transaction.

                        So please do the needful asap.

                            I applyed for job on side [protected]@kotak.com since january. Now i realized they given surety of job for manager position and they took total 26000 from me. Now no one is responding my calls since long back
                            First ms. Anjali ([protected]) call me and took rs.2850 than ms. Anu sharma ([protected]) call me took rs.7500 for reason my document background screening. Last mr. Sandep sharma ([protected]) had took rs. 15000 & said final hr round will help in mumbai at 8 march 2018 & your already selected and now they are not receiving my calls & not even response my mails. They said if your not selected or not interested you can take you total amount, but not responding at any cost.
                            I have all records & bank details which i already tranfer
                            I need help to take action against them and company to giving surety & taking advantage
                            If anything query i have all recorded calls & theire whats app images i m calling and massaging but they are not responding my massage.
                            Today i wait for for the response than i will take legal action against them.

                            Hi, bank website add may be fake, there are no agencies are entrusted with outside agencies as far as kothak mahendra bank.
                            TBMS charges are applied in my account without prior information, even after changing account type and talking to branch manager, I was still charged. The branch manager assured me in OCT when I changed my account type, that I will not be charged any further and In FEB again I was charged .

                                The staff isn't cooperative and misbehaved with me when i asked him details of myour loan statement which i have not received since last three years and also told me to complain about him in rbi.                                   My credit card no. [protected] expired on 05/17. My credit card payment due on may17 163659.14, on dated 05.06.17 call from your bank employee manpreet singh ph no. [protected] they said your outstanding164425.00 and im saying to manpreet my card expired, they said you paid the all all outstanding and call to phone banking for renew your card and im saying to manpreet my card blocked or not blocked they said sir not blocked card is expried. Im paid full outstanding rs, 164425 on dated 05.06.17, than after im busy with my work and skip the renew request. On dated 19.02.2018 customer care for renew the card they said your card blocked by collection department then on dated 21 feb 18 call from your side customer executive said im procseed your request and give ref no. Sr-1-[protected] and message from your side your credit request fulfill and card send to you in 7 days after 7 said im call to cmr care they said they not able to renew the card. Sir im existing cmr of your bank fron last 2005. And im give you total outstanding amt, not settlement, if you people harassed the genuine cmr. If im paid settlement amt then you blocked the card, till date you send every month statement and outstanding show -190 rs. If you people not renew my card im going to legal way. And misguided by you collection people. Pls provide the call recording of dated 05.06.17 by collection team member manpreet. Then you cleared the facts who wrong.

                                    Hi i have kotak mahindra bank [protected] this is my account number and today i have transferred 18320 from my other account to this account number and now in the balance it's showing 18143, i seen update regarding that 177 rupees is for the annual debit card charges, but i have opened the account on 21dec2017 and i didn't use the card in 2017 i have activated the debit card on january month only, this is not at all acceptable required the refund on the amount that has been debited asap.
