[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — mis selling credit card | |||||
Royale CC has provided to me on july 2018 and they have promised me that the card was lifetime free card, however 1399 has debited from my card for Oneassist. and they haven't informed me about the deduction before the card has issued. Really this is insane. so they can tell any lies to sell the card right?? I have called the customer care and they didnt give proper response and i have contacted the agent who has provided the info about the card and he has also not given the proper response. I have to blame the kotak only, they have only cheated me with the false info. im maintaining the saving account, RD account and credit card with Kotak. but still i was cheated by them Was this information helpful? | |||||
