Kotak Mahindra Bank — Miscommunication about fee and charges | |||
I have been cheated by the bank stating a free card will be given to me based on a personal loan I have taken, But was charged joining fee . Even before I received the card I get a statement with joining fee From July 2015 I have been following about the joining fee reversal . I have handed over the card at the branch stating Dont want the card and I dont want to pay the fee but I have still be levied with charges on the fee and in March 2016 I get a letter that the card is blocked by collections and i need to pay 4000 and my CIBIL is affected due to this . I really dont understand how heart less any bank can be to keep charging on a card which hasd already been surrendered . Could you please help me have this issue resolved as they are not even giving any Higher officals email or contact details for me to discuss the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
