Kotak Mahindra Bank — money didn't get refunded yet after 2 days of transaction

I added 1000 rs in my kotak 811 account and my canara account got debited for 1000 rs but no money got credited in my kotak account on 21/12/17. They said my money will get refunded back to my canara account in 1 or 2 days and now it's day 3 and yet no refund. So, please look into it and refund back my money as soon as possible.
