[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — money not credited to my account

Hi this is karthik, on 08-12-17i was trying to add money (Rs 10000) to my kotak 811 account through my canara bank debit card.

The transaction was successful but my money is not credited to my kotak 811 account.
Please go through this and address my issue. Below i have mentioned the citrus transaction id - ctx[protected].

I am attaching the screenshot of the mail id recived from citrus.

The amount was credited after a day and the issue was solved after a day.

But today again i had a similar issue. When i tried to fund Rs 7000 to my account a message stating error occurred appeared, however the money was deducted from my debit card. when i enquired this with Citrus they said it was a successful transaction. However i am yet to receive my money.

i added fund of 4000₹ using my sbi debit card on 26 oct 2020, and transaction was successful but the amount is not credited into my kotak mahindra bank account ac no.[protected] yet.
