    [protected] this account has been closed due to miss management of your bank's staff/officer named mr. Ajay related branch michael john tower, bistupur, jamshedpur.
    (I) he has put my d. O. B. 15/11/1958 instead of 15/11/1956, for that i was missing senior citizen facility. (Ii) he has put my aadhar number with gas subsidy. Whether now i am not getting the subsidy because this account closed.
    I am asking you without get my request/permission how he harass a senior citizen?

        Kotak Mahindra Bank Advertise in facebook to open zero balance account. So I open Saving Bank Account Online then executive told about minimum 10, 000 balance maintain. This is one type of fraud I can;t maintain 10, 000/ balance in saving account. So please close my account as soon as possible If your want about my account details & Customer ID please contact me

          Dear sir,
          I am a victim of on line net banking where on 19 th morning someone through net banking from my axis bank taken out money.

          Afterwards one day i got kotak sms that my account has been freezed where as i have never applied for account in kotak.

          Mumbai.

          When i called kotak mahindra customer care they have informed same date 19 th nov 17 (Sunday) my account has been opened and the fraudulent has transferred my money from other bank to this and then dispersed ot.
          I, e they have done many transaction.

          On this i checked how you can open account without witness or physical verification or on phone confirmation, kotak informed this is digital account and not required.

          This is really lapse, and i haven't heard any such going on.
          This shows due to kotak bank negligence and flaw in there system my amount has been opened out by someone. Even address was of mumbai, where i dont have any address of mumbai. Even in my adhar addres is differnet

          Please take cation against bank and help me to get my money reversed which was transferred in my fake account.
          Also please see this is serious issues, bank should not open the account without all verification or else anyone can become victim easily like me

          Today 30 november 2017 i visted kotak mahindra bank for depositing 10 rs coins i had collected those coins for years i wanted to deposit them in bank now they are asking for 560 rs for charges for 10000 rs

            We had already emailed several times to [protected]@kotak.com with regards to the issue that we are facing but there is no response from their sides.
            Also, their customer service email id is not traceable. The email id mentioned all over the internet has become outdated.
            This is completely ridiculous and we are not getting any kind of support from them. There are a lot of flaws in all the credit cards' statements generated by them (Kotak) and in spite of all these errors, the due amount to be paid by us is getting increased per month as per their usual protocol.
            We are now fully frustrated and have no further clue as to how should we proceed.
            I have attached the snapshot of the latest mail sent (Please note that it doesn't include the entire mail chain).
            Please help!!!

              I have applied for a online exam form and i used my debit card for payment and as i fill my debit card detail and also i got the otp when i fill and submit then it says paymend denied error and form payment was failed. But the amount was deducted from my account. So i waited for 24 hours but not refunded and now it is 6th day and no refund in my account. My payment ref no is[protected] in dated 27 november 2017. Very bad service by kotak bank

                Respected sir,
                Due to some my personal medical problem i didn't pay the october credit card amount fully rs. 25000. Instead of have i have paid nearly rs.17000. Due to this problem kotak has charged the penalty of rs.1300, nearly. I am nearly three year customer of kotak and this is a my first time of done mistake in payment, i greatly disappointed on seeing the penalty charger for me in next month bill. Please reverse the payment and help for me to sustain in kotak.

                  I want to close my salary account. The moment when i was joined the company that point of time this account has been open not do not have requirement of this account so i want to close the account. Because i m not using this account since last 2 year so unfortunately i have to pay amc. I thought this account will get close automatically but still i m getting emails. So kindly close the account

                    Kotak mahindra bank is fraud... They took so much money from me.. They are not willing to pay my money back... They never gave 6% interest as they promised in their customer support... They also have deducted 12000 from my credit card when i canceled the product purchased and emi... They don't have answers why they have deducted. Look at my screenshot... I don't know whey i should pay 12000 to cancel emi and purchased items... Don't trust this fraud bank...

                      Sr#1-[protected] dated 01 oct 2016 not processed till date, reason for not refunding is bank account details not received.

                      Same has been sent to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 06-oct-2016 & 12-oct-2016, but regularly i am receiving cc statement with excess amount of rs -12, 259.43 but nobody even bothers to refund the money.
                      My complaint to be resolved by refunding, since this money has been kept idle for a more than a year, it should be refunded with simple interest @ 6% till date of receipt of refund.

                      I already sent my pf form 3times last third form was submitted in september 2017 .but not any reply receive my emp id 53257 and contact no [protected].i already frusted call urgently .

                        The above credit card was sold to me in 2016 stating it doesn't have any annual fees. But last year (2016) in the month of october i received the statement to pay annual fees. I complained that to customer care and asked them to deactivate my credit card as i am being cheated. The card has been deactivated. I never used that card and never used to get any monthly statement as the card is deactivated. Last month (Oct'17) i received a sms from kotak stating i have to pay balance rs 230+ as my monthly statement as annual fees. I immediately called the customer care and said that how can i receive statement bill when the card is deactivated a year ago and am not using it. Kotak is cheating the citizens. They told the issue has been taken and sent a sms saying it is resolved. But in nov'17 i received sms from kotak that my outstanding is rs 330+ and i have to pay for the credit card. Why are you cheating the tax payers. I am not using your credit card. I am loyal to my country and banks. But why kotak is cheating me. Whats the intention behind this. Since i am educated i am responding. What about poor uneducated people of this country who are victims of these kind of services. Please take action against all who didn't do their duties as per rbi and consumer act

                          I have done a recharge of Rs.448 through Kotak Bank Mobile App yesterday but still didn't got any benefit of that. I also called to the bank customer care and to airtel customer care for help because o[censored]rgency but no one helped.

                              Today 30nov2017 again i received a call from ([protected]) @ 12:52 pm and spoke for 18 min. He claimed that his is a manager
                              In kotak bank, uttarahalli bangalore branch.
                              He says the telecaller made a mistake, so much wave off cannot be possible,
                              So i pay rs.2500 again to get the balance waived off.

                              I please send an email about the same. But he refuses to do so.
                              He says they cannot send any commitment mail.

                              So please tell me how to trust you guys?

                              What is the guarantee that after paying again i wont get cheated?

                              This is totally un-professional.

                                I have applied for opening a new a/c at kotak dwarka sec-5, new delhi branch one month ago; however it is still not activated even though they en-cashed my cheque.
                                Filed first level grievance# 1-[protected], a week ago, but still no resolution, and their website doesn't allow to file second level grievance. Erroring out every time i fill it. Is it done intentionally to discourage customers to fill.
                                Even sending mail to higher management doesn't serve any purpose as they don't respond.
                                Thinking to take back my decision to open an account there.

                                    I have a credit card of your bank. On 28-11-17 an unnecessary plan was activated without my prior concern and money was deducted many times.
                                    On 29 november 2017 rs. 1399 was deducted.
                                    And today, 30 november 2017 rs. 600 was deducted.
                                    And too without any transaction.
                                    Please be kind enough to stop the service activated and reimburse the amout wrongly chared. Also the negative charges due to negative balance should'nt to be detucted. Please contact to below no for further query.

                                      mental harassment by so called kotak agent

                                      Hi kotak bank

                                      With deep regret and lots of concerns i write this e-mail.

                                      An agent who claims that he is kotak mahindra bank has been harassing me for the past few weeks with multiple calls to me, my relatives and friends. I would need a solution on this as far as my memory lane goes i have not taken a loan with kotak mahindra bank

                                      No one can violate personal space. As a matter of concern how does...
