Dear sir/ma'am,
Candidate is facing problem regarding his fund. While funding my kotak bank account through canara bank debit card,
The amount was deducted from the canara bank debit card but on kotak bank portal till now it is not showing any amount and transaction regarding receiving of money. I transferred 34000 rupees to kotak bank account from canara bank.

So, please look in to it on priority basis as soon as possible.
Mere account se paise kat rhey hai or koi information bhi nhi mil rhi h ki kyo kat rhey hai kal ki date mai 1/12/2017 ko hi fir se 68 rs. Kat ho gye hai or remaining bal b show nhi kr rha h ab balance zero show kr rha h but balance h Acc. Mai so please sir can you chek it and resolve my problem... please sir.

    With reference to the subject cited Above, i have an issue regarding transaction happen on 22nd of November 2017. As Sir, on the said date i withdraw a sum of Rs 10000/- from my salary account Debit card from City Bank ATM in Garuda Mall Bangalore, the problem issue is the transaction slip was print out but i didn't receive my money and it was deducted from my account, i complaint regarding that but no response and i try to call the customer care but no help. so i lounge a complain for the said subject.

    Therefore, Sir kindly look into my problem and do the necessary action Please.

      Dear madam,
      Kotak mahindra bank doing malpractice/ misconduct since last few months with me. On dec 4, 2017 a kotak mahindra lady executive namely suman contacted (Mobile number [protected], [protected]) two reknowned persons in maharahtra on their mobile number i. E. 1. Jemini kadu (A renowned writer/ social activist from nagpur, mobile no. [protected]) and 2. Shriram pachindre (Executive edito of daily pudhari, kolhapur, mobile no. [protected]) and told them that i have given their reference and mobile number for loan of kotak mahindra bank.in fact i didn' t personally know thease people and niether given their reference or have not taken directly any loan from the kotak mahindra bank.
      Kotak mahindra bank executive contacting me, claiming that they have takover the city finance (I have a disput i. E. I paid 17 emi and there is entry of only 15 emi on their record. City finance didnt addressed my complaint) and asking to pay the amount. I requested them to provide a valid proof of takeover again and again, but they didn't.
      This practice of kotak mahindra bank is humilating, slander and the violation of my human rights and standard code of conduct. Kindly take a strict action against bank in this matter asap.

            We have 0 balance account in kotak mahindra bank and this account with my wife and account number is [protected]. We generated debit card by app on 13th nov 2017. And my awb number is em[protected]in of speed post. When i checked status of my debit card. Its returned to malad branch and destroyed. I called to customer care and customer executive told me. You request to your dombivali branch and try to get there debit card. When i told to dombivali branch officer about my query and request him about my debit card. He ignored me and told me we are not doing that type of activity. Its very bad experience ab out kotak mahindra bank

              This is to bring your urgent notice that i deposited a cheque no.262452, dt. 27/11/2017 for inr 50, 000/- drawn on saraswat bank, lokhandwala branch on 27/11/2017 at your lokhandwala branch.
              On my inquiry with this branch on 4/12/2017, i was told that they have received my above cheque today only and due to the name mentioned "mayur" they kept it pending without informing me. When i went personally, i was handed over the cheque. I was wondered, shocked & surprised why this branch kept quite for so many days?

              The amount i deposited well in advance, so that my ecs comes on every 5th of the month doesn't get dishonored and same thing happened this time!

              Because of your lokhandwala branch staff's inefficiency, negligence and passing on blame to machine from which they delayed in collecting on day to day deposits of cash & cheques.

              Today, i. E. 5th of dec 2017, i deposited cash of inr 50, 000/- in your lokhandwala branch to avoid dishonored my ecs from chola finance company, but i was told that the ecs has been returned because of insufficient funds!

              This is highly objectionable, due to your branch inefficiency, negligence and lethargicness why should i suffer and face the cibil action?

              I hope you will look into the matter and solve this problem urgently. If possible avoid the facility of depositing the cheques & cash in machines when your staffs do not know how & when to check machines.

              With utmost disappointment from your bank-branch staff's inefficiency i suffered.

              I complete my complaint hereby.

                  (I) he has put my d. O. B. 15/11/1958 instead of 15/11/1956, for that i was missing senior citizen facility. (Ii) he has put my aadhar number with gas subsidy. Whether now i am not getting the subsidy because this account closed.

                        I am a victim of on line net banking where on 19 th morning someone through net banking from my axis bank taken out money.

                        Afterwards one day i got kotak sms that my account has been freezed where as i have never applied for account in kotak.

                        When i called kotak mahindra customer care they have informed same date 19 th nov 17 (Sunday) my account has been opened and the fraudulent has transferred my money from other bank to this and then dispersed ot.
                        I, e they have done many transaction.

                        On this i checked how you can open account without witness or physical verification or on phone confirmation, kotak informed this is digital account and not required.

                        This is really lapse, and i haven't heard any such going on.
                        This shows due to kotak bank negligence and flaw in there system my amount has been opened out by someone. Even address was of mumbai, where i dont have any address of mumbai. Even in my adhar addres is differnet

                        Please take cation against bank and help me to get my money reversed which was transferred in my fake account.
                        Also please see this is serious issues, bank should not open the account without all verification or else anyone can become victim easily like me

                          We had already emailed several times to [protected]@kotak.com with regards to the issue that we are facing but there is no response from their sides.
                          Also, their customer service email id is not traceable. The email id mentioned all over the internet has become outdated.
                          This is completely ridiculous and we are not getting any kind of support from them. There are a lot of flaws in all the credit cards' statements generated by them (Kotak) and in spite of all these errors, the due amount to be paid by us is getting increased per month as per their usual protocol.
                          We are now fully frustrated and have no further clue as to how should we proceed.
                          I have attached the snapshot of the latest mail sent (Please note that it doesn't include the entire mail chain).

                            I have applied for a online exam form and i used my debit card for payment and as i fill my debit card detail and also i got the otp when i fill and submit then it says paymend denied error and form payment was failed. But the amount was deducted from my account. So i waited for 24 hours but not refunded and now it is 6th day and no refund in my account. My payment ref no is[protected] in dated 27 november 2017. Very bad service by kotak bank

                              Respected sir,
                              Due to some my personal medical problem i didn't pay the october credit card amount fully rs. 25000. Instead of have i have paid nearly rs.17000. Due to this problem kotak has charged the penalty of rs.1300, nearly. I am nearly three year customer of kotak and this is a my first time of done mistake in payment, i greatly disappointed on seeing the penalty charger for me in next month bill. Please reverse the payment and help for me to sustain in kotak.

                                  Kotak mahindra bank is fraud... They took so much money from me.. They are not willing to pay my money back... They never gave 6% interest as they promised in their customer support... They also have deducted 12000 from my credit card when i canceled the product purchased and emi... They don't have answers why they have deducted. Look at my screenshot... I don't know whey i should pay 12000 to cancel emi and purchased items... Don't trust this fraud bank...

                                    Sr#1-[protected] dated 01 oct 2016 not processed till date, reason for not refunding is bank account details not received.

                                    Same has been sent to service. [protected]@kotak.com on 06-oct-2016 & 12-oct-2016, but regularly i am receiving cc statement with excess amount of rs -12, 259.43 but nobody even bothers to refund the money.
                                    My complaint to be resolved by refunding, since this money has been kept idle for a more than a year, it should be refunded with simple interest @ 6% till date of receipt of refund.

                                      The above credit card was sold to me in 2016 stating it doesn't have any annual fees. But last year (2016) in the month of october i received the statement to pay annual fees. I complained that to customer care and asked them to deactivate my credit card as i am being cheated. The card has been deactivated. I never used that card and never used to get any monthly statement as the card is deactivated. Last month (Oct'17) i received a sms from kotak stating i have to pay balance rs 230+ as my monthly statement as annual fees. I immediately called the customer care and said that how can i receive statement bill when the card is deactivated a year ago and am not using it. Kotak is cheating the citizens. They told the issue has been taken and sent a sms saying it is resolved. But in nov'17 i received sms from kotak that my outstanding is rs 330+ and i have to pay for the credit card. Why are you cheating the tax payers. I am not using your credit card. I am loyal to my country and banks. But why kotak is cheating me. Whats the intention behind this. Since i am educated i am responding. What about poor uneducated people of this country who are victims of these kind of services. Please take action against all who didn't do their duties as per rbi and consumer act

                                        I have done a recharge of Rs.448 through Kotak Bank Mobile App yesterday but still didn't got any benefit of that. I also called to the bank customer care and to airtel customer care for help because o[censored]rgency but no one helped.

                                        Date of incident - 30Nov17.

                                        Incident Description - Did recharge but neither got any benefit nor any support.
                                        Desirable Resolution - Request a refund/Recharge on my number.
