Kotak Mahindra Bank — Money transferred to wrong account. Bank unable to refund | |||
Hi, My name is narendranath babu. I have a savings account in kotak mahindra bank. On may 3rd i had to transfer money to my friend 8, 000rs for mobile emi but i did a mistake entering last digit as wrong number. I immediately contacted the kotak customer care and also submitted charge back from in madhapur home branch. They said money will be refunded in 15 days but even after 1 month later they completely refused to help regarding this as money already been credited in the opposite bank account. I have no much experience in net banking always use to take friends help but this time i did it on my own and entered wrong number but what is the solution for this? What if it was 1 lac? We are in digital revolution and mistakes happen once in a time and bank doesn't help us how we trust online transactions. Sir whoever the concern persons pls take some action on mahindra kotak bank and try to refund my money. From my account 23rupees debited 9 times and debited 9 rupees one time with out information I don't know for which purpose they took my money, so plz check my account and send the details
