Sales person from kotak mahindra bank called me regarding credit card with no charges, after applying and getting the league platinum credit card, paper showing the charges as joining fees as 499rs and annual fees as 499rs. I tried to call the sales person but he is not taking my call, i think he blocks my number. This is really very ridiculous thing from the reputed bank like kotak mahindra.
My suggestion to all people, beware from this.

      This is to request u that i have a corporate edge salary account in your bank, i have been threatened by one o[censored]r kotak employe that he can withdraw the whole amount frm my account, he has given by proof, every mnt he informs me about the exact time, amount of my salary deposit and transaction of my account, bcz of which i have shifted my salary account to another bank.
      Plz take action against him or i shall put this matter in local police or cyber crime .

        Dear team,
        Around 2 weeks back Mr Debashish Acharya had taken all my documents and a cheque of 15000 for opening an account in addition of that he forced me to open Dmat account and filled application for that too and promised me that account will be opened in next 2-3 days! After 4th day I called him repeatedly and there was just a fake promise that it will be opened soon! But it was not opened and the balance was deducted from my account and account was not yet opened. Then I asked them to reverse my amount and for that too they are making fake promise from last one week! Now Mr Pankaj Gupta Vasant Kunj branch had taken in hand and still no action has been taken. He is Also not answering my call and no response is there from his side too! Is this the way you provide banking to your customers? It is the worst service I had ever faced! I have my current account in your bank and many other accounts and OD account going on! Now with this kind of banking service I would close those account too.

          I have always enjoyed the Kotak service and recommended everyone for his best services. But what I see today when my salary credited and the whole amount they hold. You know this very embarrassing to me. There was one lone amount was due and credit card minimum due which was total about 10K. Now my whole amount has been on hold and I have other liabilities which need to pay and I promised them for today. But unfortunately, all went false just because of my salary hold. I am using other bank service and they always help in some bad situation but this time Kotak regret to help me and they aren't deducting what exactly need to cut. My credit min due amount is 3711 and they asked me to pay 15200/- to pay to remove the hold. So what means the which I can see in my Kotak credit card page is false but there is no way where I can show them the min due amount and they are not agree with this. Which means the customer can only pay and pay more than min. I am really upset from Kotak services and never want to go and never recommend anyone. Currently, I am null and not able to do anything in a hard situation. From next time, I will ask my employer to give me my salary in cheque rather than in bank account. Thanks for your help and I really appreciate because I already informed and discussed with your team and they are working on this but I need this resolve asap. Please help me.

              I, harpreet singh sachdeva, raised car loan of rs.292500 on 30.4.2005 from kotak mahindra prime limited, aligrah. After this, kotak mohindra prime ltd got noted the hypothecation lien with rto aligarh on 6.6.2005. The said loan was adjusted in the month of december 2008 and lien was cancelled/terminated on 21.1.2009 in car registration copy. While applying for home loan, sbi aligarh informed that as per cibil, amount of rs.180000 is still overdue towards the car loan.
              As a result of negligence of kotak mahindra prime, my home loan has been rejected without my fault. I am being harassed. Please issue me a certificate stating that loan account cf248675 stand adjusted and nothing is due from me. Please issue necessary certicate at the earliest. I am hopeful that you will not compel me for taking legal action and filing case with consumer court for damages.

                My saving Account has been on hold after my salary was credited.tis was done without my authorisation to bank to hold.i raise a complaint against kotak bank for holding my account. And I really need everybody to know how kotak deal with their customers badly. I need an immediate release of my account as soon as possible. How can they hold my salary without my authorisation. I work hard to earn my salary and now it has been put on hold.

                    I have complaint to kotak mahindra bank regarding Reversal of Charges.
                    I am having saving account with kotak mahindra bank and the account number is [protected] it's and old account and I am not using it from more than last 1year now I deposit Rs 47600/- amount and 13000 rupees deducted as a maintenance charges. Same is discussed with Branch manager JABALPUR and he told me to deposit the amount and Charges will be reversed or waiver to u and now he is telling me that he will do it in after 3months and also telling that this is nominal charges after my deduction of amount.
                    REQUESTED you to kindly reverse the Charges as a friendly gesture so I can continue the account with u. Requested u to kindly do the needful.

                        Kotak is the worst bank in the world. Their customer service, managers and everyone has no clue what is going on. They put charges of Rs 21, 609 in my bank account.

                        I still have money in my account and I cannot transfer it because they have frozen my account. Neither did they inform or mention they are freezing the account.

                        They have also added a charge of Rs 5479 saying Kotak credit card recovery, and I do not own a kotak credit card. When I called the bank, they said Rs 21, 609 is non-maintenance of balance. According to RBI, when an account goes to ZERO, they are not allowed to charge accounts.

                        They charged all this when my account was ZERO. Then a fixed deposit of Rs 46, 000 got credited into my account. And within 6 months, they screwed me over by debiting Rs 21, 609 from my savings account.

                        Even after emailing the bank, speaking with the bank manager, calling customer care, nobody seems to know what is happening.

                        Even worse, they had the indecency to freeze my account and not inform me. I've been running in circles, one department to another and each department tells me some story that doesn't make sense. I am not sure how to deal with such an unorganized bank that doesn't care about its customers, or have the necessary processes to figure out and fix things.

                        I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

                        Worst still, I need to get my money back from them. I can't think of any bank that will screw its customers with a non-maintenance charge of Rs 21, 609. I have to get my money back.

                          I had a salary account in ING Vysya (now Kotak) bank in 2014. It was my salary account till 2016. I left that company and after few months I stopped using the bank account. Generally when we do not use any account it goes inactive. But this didn't happened with my salary account. I had made a request with ING Vysya (now Kotak) bank to close that account as I was not using it then I came to know that they have converted my zero balance savings account to some other account which was never communicated to me. I am getting sms on my registered mobile number about the balance and other information on a weekly basis and it is showing the balance as Zero. But i never got any sms that I have to maintain any minimum balance in that account or it has any negative balance. when I went to bank and raised a request to close the account they told me to pay around 8000 INR to close the account.

                          My issues is when they changed my account from zero balance account to some other account why this was not communicated to me. Also when they can send sms about other things why dint they send a sms regarding negative balance in my account. Because the sms I used to get always contained some positive amount in my account. Why only for closure I have to pay. Also every financial year bank does their calculations then why didn't they informed me last year that I have some debt with this account. My ING Vysya (now Kotak) Customer id is[protected]. Can you please help me in closing the account?

                            I am purushottam I am holding Kotak Bank account and credit card:

                            I have get call from bank side on 9th of March 2017 from +91-[protected], He is asking our OTP, He has already hold the all card details, But I have not share any Information I have raised a dispute on 9th of march #[protected].I have call to customer care same time for fraud transaction after that blocked the card. Kotak C C told me Lodge FIR and sent me copy in branch.I have provide FIR copy on 20th of March.I have get mail two times your dispute closed also I have called to customer care last 20 day in 10 times but not get proper response and satisfy answer.

                            Today customer care person called you can communicate to merchant.

                            Also I have call to payzapp customer care :He is told me if any request from bank side we are lible to provide full details and support ASAP, Payzapp C C support me and he saying regarding your card transaction I have full proof details as details of transaction and if this question ask to me as Kotak Bank or police department or merchant then we will provide the details, He has told me your are not a merchant nor police department and not a bank side.Because bank have legal team for taking action to fraud person and police have authority to know the against your dispute and FIR.

                            Why closed the request against my dispute bethout providing solution.
                            Bank why not take necessary legal action against this transaction

                            Why bank told me go to police and cyber crime police ans communicate to merchant.

                            Kindly provide details of below points and provide solution.
                            1 If I have told to C C and provide dispute form and FIR copy of Kotak this is fraud transaction why not take action after blocking the card.
                            2 If same time dispute raised why not communicate merchant for this transaction for getting details and take necessary action after provide FIR copy.
                            3 merchant have hold the transaction two to three day.
                            4 Bank have reserve privilege for asking transaction details and take and charge criminal case.
                            5 Bank always told me go to police station and crime cell Both are saying we are taking action on lots of amount in laks.
                            6 I have called to payzzap customer care he told me they have full details about this transaction.
                            I am too foretasted and disappoint of bank behavior.

                            Kindly suggest what we should and please refund my amount ASAP.
                            I had raise a compliant in 9th April about my fraud transaction still I did not received my amount bank account. Lot of time I had spoken with yes bank team they guys are not responded to complaint properly. I need my money created yo my bank account as soon as possible. Kindly I am requesting you to help me on the same to resolve my complaint.

                            1> Transaction happened Rs.20K on 9th of March 2017 and PayZapp refund Rs10K on 14th of Apr 2017 on the basis of fraud transaction
                            Please read below comment from your side. This is pradeep comment
                            ["As per our records, there is transaction done on 10th March, 2017 INR. 20, 000.00 done at PayZapp and the same is debited from your card account and the same is billed to you. We wish to inform you that the online transaction is secured by VBV and also the Kotak bank will never call card holders to reveal their confidential card details, OTP, VBV for no promo/limit.We are also reiterating the same in our regular customer awareness SMS and E-mails."]

                            2> PayZapp refunded 10K on the behalf of fraud transaction and you guys are saying it is secure transaction and contact with merchant.

                            I have no relation and account with payzapp and Payzapp is denied to sharing any information how to communicate with merchant.

                            Kindly return my amount Rs.10K ASAP its 100 % fraud transaction If this is not fraud transaction give me proof: after 1 month 4 days why refund 10 k Payzzap.

                            If this is online transaction is secured by VBV so which behave PayZZap refund INR 10 K on 14th April 2017. means after more than a month

                                I was charged unjustly by kotak mahindra bank on two occasions :
                                1) not making any transactions for the last three months, for which i was charged rs.460 without any prior intimation
                                2). I was charged on a monthly basis for weekly balance alerts on sms, without any prior intimation. I was not even asked whether want this service or not. I was rs. 17.25 every month for the past two years.

                                Initially the branch was of ing vyasa bank which was later taken over by kotak mahindra bank.

                                  I have paid an kotak life agent Rs.21000 for a product on 21/3/2017.At the time of verification call I realized that the product was not matched to verification officer and agent.Then I told to officer revert my money also complained to near branch Mohali 3 B2, to reverse my money on 31 st March'17.After then I have contacted customer care officer several times, they told me we will call you after sometimes, never call me back.Written to customer care by mail, they told me wait for seven days and finally written to nodal officer level 2 and the status is same.Now I am writing here and definitely some one answered that we will look the matter, but the problem will same. Actually I have chosen wrong bank, by the way I am using this bank over 6 years.My complain no is SR#1 [protected].

                                    I had requested for a Demand Draft (ref no[protected] to be delivered at my residence on Friday, May 26. I raised the request around 11.30 am and was assured that it will be sent the same day. I explained to the 2-3 people I spoke with at Kotak that this was very very important as I had a deadline for May 27th and the bank would be closed for two days.

                                    The DD was for Shikshantar School to facilitate facilitate an admission for a friend's son. To make this happen, I spent three hours coordinating with Kotak - first figuring how it will be done then going back from office to my residence and dropping of the cheque. I followed up during the day and was told that it would be dropped off by 8pm. I had a long day at work and only got back at 8.30pm. the dd was still not there. I called your HELPLINE - [protected] - spoke to Ritesh who got a supervisor Vijayn Adidravida to speak to me. He had no solution but said he will check and call me back. He called back later and said that it was not delivered because I was in Gurgaon and the DD was to be made in Delhi and only same city requests are honoured the same day. However, the money has been debited from my account. I called Damyanti Yadav, the relationship manager ([protected]) who said I should sms her or send an email and she will only look at it on Monday morning. I have cancelled the Demand Draft. it is no longer needed. In all, I wasted over 4 hours coordinating this whole thing and at the end I have not been able to meet my commitment.

                                    I would like to point out the following:
                                    Kotak sends me complete ######## emails with utter irrelevant nonsense but absolutely no attempt was made to call me to say even once that the DD would not be delivered that evening
                                    3 different executives told me that the DD would be delivered to me the same day
                                    There seems to be only a system to push emails and sms' down the throats of customers but no tracking system for service requests
                                    I was hoping Kotak would be a better experience but it is the same as any other lousy bank.

                                    It is very disappointing that Kotak Bank could not even meet a simple commitment.

                                    Please do not bother sending me any message or email saying that you are "sorry for the inconvenience". This has cost me a very dear friendship and a child his admission.

                                    Make sure that you now raise a cancellation request for the DD as it will not be required on Monday and reverse the money back into my account.

                                    It will be better to make this a more constructive dialogue and instead send an executive who can help close this account.

                                    A very very terrible experience and I never want to bank with a bank that has such a hopeless understanding of customer service and cannot deliver on its own commitment.
                                    Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Im having kotak credit card aftr cleraing outstanding balance nw want to deactivate the card.

                                    Specialy the goregaon branch the worst staff nt attending ny calls...The call atender mrs SWATI ND SANDEEP[protected] the way of taking to cusomer is very bad nd rude.

                                    It would be really helpful if you can close my account A/C : 4006, It was a salary account and i left the company, Still i am receiving the messages for your end.

                                      Have made an application for opening a current account its been more than a month, and the branch haven't provided me even the details of account no

                                      An amt of 51000 has already been deducted from my account

                                      When i asked the manager he said there is some issue with account opening and it will take time but he is not telling me how long it will take
                                      Also if there was issue in account opening why the hell do your stupid banking company deduct the amt

                                      I am continuously following up with the manager but he is fooling me

                                      He assured me that he will transfer back the amt in my bank but its been many days he just keep on tellinh me aaj karata hu

                                      Please me out of this as we are a startup and we dont have so many fund to keep it blocked in this nonsense

                                      This is the worst banking experience in my life
                                      Even the govt banks are better than you guys

                                        Fraudulent transaction from my account (ATM withdrawal) has happened on 13-apr-17. Since then i am following you constantly.
                                        I have already raised the complaint and still didn't get money back.

                                        The amount which is withdrawan is huge and this matter needs to be resolved on urgent basis. The SR no is #1-[protected].

                                        what is the issue with Kotak I am not getting.I am still waiting.
                                        I am suffering like anything to get my own money back which was stolen from
                                        Kotak Account.I am frustated with this Kotak Bank and its working process.
                                        No one has the accountability to take the matter to closure.
                                        You dont understand the pain of lossing 3 lacs 20 thousand of my hard
                                        earned money from salary account of Kotak Bank.
                                        I am awkward that how bank is dealing this case. 84 days are already over.
                                        It was my big mistake that i trusted in Kotak Bank and had kept my money in
                                        this Bank.
