My Kotak Account was freezed on last year(2021) due to address verification. important thing is they didn't put any restrictions for Credit, but they restricted my Debit only. for this reason i can't able to do any transactions. after this issue i tried to contact Kotak customer care but that option also freezed, once i enter my CRN the call will automatically ends. the only option for me was visit to branch. and i visited the branch and asked why my account was freezed, they said due to address verification your account was freezed, and they asked me to provide my Aadhaar and Current address id proof and written request letter to unfreeze my account. i provided all. and they said it will take 7 days to unfreeze my account. i waited 2 months there is no update or improvement from branch side. after 2 months i visited again to branch and they repeated the same thing and again they asked My id proofs and all after that no improvement. in the last 1 yeas i have visited more then 15 times to branch, i submitted 2 written request letters and i provided my ID Proofs more then 5 times and no improvement from the branch. main thing in this is whenever i provided my ID Proofs and Written request letters a asked them to give acknowledgement but they didn't give.recently i visited the branch on 16th Feb-2022 and i decided that today i want result at any cost. and i asked the staffs to take me to their branch manager and their Operation mangers comes to me. his name is Vinoth. and asked what is the issue, i explained my issues, and he checked in his system why my account freezed. after 40mins he told that there is some error happened from the branch and thats why my account was freezed. also he asked me to share my exact location to his whatsapp, after that he will send a person for address verification and he promised me that this process will take up-to 7 days after that your account will come normal. i said ok and shared my exact location to whatsapp. after 10 days i called his number because i didn't get any SMS, Call regarding my address verification and still my account was in freeze only. but he didn't attend my call, even i texted in whatsapp also but no response from him. i really don't know what to do next and how to get my money back.
