Someone has taken loan from of minor amount. I am not Guarantor nor reference for this person, But these guys are Harassing me with the calls and blank calls full day. This is horrifying they steal information online and start making calls . This is breach of privacy. this is literally harassment for the person who is not even aware that some person has taken loan somewhere. I have NEVER taken loan from this bank and don't even wish to.
These people know this is illegal and harassment and still they are doing this. Attaching the list of contact numbers received so far.

    My first EMI- dated[protected] for personal loan- My account was debited twice. The customer care number for delhi region does not work. I don't know how to raise a query.

      I have received a call to open zero balance account so I opted for my wife. While applying it was never informed what document I need to submit and my account was activated after I transfer some amount in that account Kotak Bank deactivated the account and asked to visit nearest branch for KYC. So we visited Mira bhayander branch where it has been a really bad customer experience and now it's been 2 months and the account is still inactive. I have my money which I cannot remove nor can I close the account...

          The processes and the management of the bank is making a super delay in current account activation process, and the bank employee took 50k cheque on 18/02/2022 with all documents, but after 12 days too the account activation process not even started.

          And the bank executive name vinod never Share ant details, not responds to calls, not share any details with you.

          Very bad service by kotak mahindra bank.

          This is very serious issue, the executive behaving like an government employee, like i[censored] ask or check the status he say we don't open your account,

          And he forcefully took 50k cheque and next day he came to shop and tell he senior less the job without informing him.

          The employee in Kotak mahindra bank are Rasist, behave according to your religion/cast

          All the employee are new joininee including vinod, if you ask any question like activation process he say iam new I don't know.

            Hi,

            I have taken a mojo card of Kotak Mahindra Bank, while taking the card I was told that its a free card, its not even 3 months that I got the card, they have charged the annual fee of rupees 1180, for no reason.
            And the customer care executive was so rude, she is directly telling nothing can be done and she won't take any complaints regarding this matter.

              I had been issued Zeta meal vouchers of Kodak from my company.
              I received a message on 17th feb'22 about using my balance in Zeta that the Zeta program may be discontinued in 31st March'22.

              I have considerable balance in my Zeta as food vouchers and the spends were minimal since two years of pandemic.

              I was of the understanding that the card is valid till 2026 and I am in sudden inconvenience because of this.

              It becomes rather impossible to spend the balance in just one month time on food/non-alcoholic beverages without which there's risk of amount being forfeited.

              It is my request to kindly extend the service validity of the vouchers or provide an alternate arrangement of redeeming the unused amount in cash.

                Hi, I’m getting a lot of calls from Kotak Mahindra Credit Card recovery agents but the unfortunate part is that I never ever had any Kotak credit Card. My number is [protected] and agency callers have been calling me every now and then. I’ve tried explaining them that this is not the right number and they need to check their records but start using rubbish and bad language. They have tried to blackmail me and threaten me today and i’m not sure what should i do now. Below are couple of numbers from which i received recent calls.

                    Hello Sir,

                    With all due respect, I would like to draw you attention towards Mental harassments and public defamation done by the Bank.
                    I too have Proof with to Prove it, like call recording and Call Details from my cell number as well as My family Members.
                    I have taken a Personal Loan against SPLN60975270 loan number.
                    I agree that i have defaulted Payments towards my loan since i am facing Economical crisis from last one year but still i made payment towards the bank.
                    But from last 3 Months, i am seeing that collecting agent is calling Persons, whom i did not mention in my reference Number and using abusive language.

                    It is a clear case of Public defamation and Mental harassment.

                    I have made complaint against such kind of Behaviors earlier also, but did not got any appropriate response that why i am writing directly to Level 1 as well as to RBI.
                    Everytime i got a response that nothing has been done Wrong from the Bank.

                    An the kind of languages they are speaking, towards My family member is not appropriate.
                    Getting call fron one person Named Mahi sharma whose Mobile number is [protected] and[protected]. Also they are using multiple mobile number for Harassment purpose.

                    I even got threat call from these numbers that they will send guys to my home and will see me and my family.
                    This is very serious situation as they are defaming me infront of entire society.

                    Sir/Madam, I have never asked for any kind of settlement nor i have any intention to go for any settlement.
                    I intent to pay off my entire loan, but these kind of harassments and Public defamation is totally illegal.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have made payment 27k in the month of jan 2022, the kotak employee named Naveen who was looking into my issue asked me to make the payment so that I can receive the settlement mail, till date I haven’t received any.

                      Whenever I ask for update he just says his laptop was broken blah blah.

                      And now I am receiving arbitration mail from Advocate, none of the employees were responsible from kotak bank, and they even talk rude. I have text messages saved.

                      I want someone else from other states except Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. They just don’t understand

                            Dear team,

                            It's been 5 years that I have used kotak credit cards for just only one time. Since 2019 I have moved to UK so i told team to cancel my credit card by various sources and I have blocked my card after paying annual charges and fine for the card. Since then it's been three years that I have away from India and I was charged for the card that I never received and never used. And I do t know they have directly deducted from my existing saving account without my interest. Kotak is torturing the customers with their credit cards and charges.

                            I don't know why already blocking the card in 2020 why they have charged me for never received card.

                                Kotak mahindra credit card recovery agent harrising me and my family last from 1 month they called me and doing abuse mentally disturbed tourcher and told me if i not paid money they will kill me and asking my location live to come and beat me in my place they called my uncle and father and told them to beat them if i not paid money I ask them i will pay give me my closing letter but they denied to pay only calling me again and agin and abusing me

                                  My Loan : SPLN[protected],

                                  From Jan 2021 till date[protected] I have been charged unwanted charges as Dishonoured, Collection and interest against my loan account when I have made the payment well in advance and I have shared details to kotak employees.

                                  Find the calculation sheet which I have attached along with loan statement, where almost 8000 to 9000 penalty charges are charged unwantedly, request you to check and do the needfull at the earliest.

                                  When I asked the same question to your employee, I got a reply saying you have cleared the loan now why are thinking of money 9000 or 10000rs pay and clear it, 9000rs or 10000rs does not have value or what?

                                  I knew i would get the same reply from kotak, beggers are better then kotak, atleast they beg, but here in return kotak demands or goondaism. I have attached the screen shot of the reply also.

                                  I would like to ask a simple question to all human beings who ever reads this.

                                  you take a loan for 1000rs and monthly emi would be 100rs with due date on 5th of every month, you pre pay the emi amount on 2nd of every month or on 4th of every month inspite of pre paying the emi you get penal charges by saying delay in payment, still you will repay the charges or fight for it.

                                  any human being who understands this simple question or logic may reply or post a comment to what i am saying is right or wrong. I dont want to say anythink more then this, my biggest mistake of lifetime is taking loan in kotak.

                                  In very simple words they say it was communicated in your welcome kit, I asked them to recheck it says if not paid all the charges are applicable, if pre-paid what are the charges i did even asked to share a written statement saying doing IMPS will take 5 days to reflect in the account so that i am clarified and repay the all charges. nothing helped me.

                                    Dear Kotak team,
                                    I have a savings account with Kotak bank as a senior citizen(Account no: [protected]) which is now dormant. I am in urgent need of funds. Joint-holders(daughters) are now married and live out of station. I need to dissolve and use the FD amount for emergency but CSR at branch informed to bring all holders which is impossible now. Could you please suggest a way out? (FD account: [protected]). My daughters can provide consent in any format but cannot visit India anytime soon.

                                    I am a senior citizen now and it will help a lot if this can be done online. Kindly help.

                                      Regarding mental harassment

                                      This complaint is regarding mental harassment made by recovery agents and legal persons. I am being harassed by these people.

                                      According to RBI guidelines, no recovery agents can cross their limits to their customers. RBI does not allow any bank to violate the privacy of the customers but recovery agents contacted all the people who are my friends and employers on my social media, they threatened them and they threatened me...
