Kotak Mahindra Bank — My account welcome kit status is reflecting delivered but I have not received

Hello,
I have not received the welcome kit. The blue dart delivery person has delivered my kit somewhere else, I have repeatedly complained to which I am not getting any answer. Whose complaint number is 1- [protected]. If I can deliver then do so or else refund the deducted amount of debit card and chequebook. Kotak Mahindra Bank's service is very poor, does not give any response by repeatedly complaining through mail and call.
Kotak Mahindra Bank was sent a welcome kit by blue dart for me. whose AWB no. [protected] was delivered to my address on 24th June and I have not received it please find out my welcome kit where and to whom it is given.
